Exceptional New Zealand store.

I've been ordering the odd part here and there from Computerlounge for many years, I ordered most of the parts for my previous PC from them. They have faster shipping and better service than the other NZ stores I've dealt with.

They even provided me with a free AM5 Noctua adapter when I reached out for an invoice to request one from Noctua.

They sold faulty computer and would not help just got told BS.MSI cooling system when I pointed out Not computer lounge got no service. They are so bad for a 5 grand system Gave up and fixed myself and I don't want some one else to use this bad company. The Ceo rang me and did nothing only because I got on face book, then they just banned me. Don't buy from them. Worst customer service i have ever seen.

Bought a faulty PC, they took forever to even assess it (three weeks) then tried to rip me off with a lower spec motherboard as a replacement. Demanded a refund and they are refusing, forcing me to take them to Disputes Tribunal.

Complete disregard for the CGA, they should be closed down or fined into non-existence

Ordered a M.2 SSD, came within a week. Have also ordered an ASUS AIO cooler and one of the fans broke, they sent another one free of charge easily as soon as the complaint was made.

Online order not completed after 2 weeks, no response or reason from computer lounge.

I ordered a pre-built computer. Shipping and delivery was fast, but unfortunately the computer would not start.

They were pretty quick responding to a Facebook dm (suggest using this rather than calling). Overall, they made it an easy process to return it, sending a courier sticker.

Fast forward a month from first receiving the PC, and I now have a working computer that is plenty powerful for what I want it for.

A bit frustrated that it took two tries, but they were really efficient when there was an issue.

Very friendly staff and good customer service. Top quality products and specialist in water loops system. Big shout out to Paul (store manager) very helfull and knowledgeable.

Paid these guys 3 days ago, haven't received a thing. No one replies to email. Look elseware.

I’ve bought my whole gaming setup from computer lounge!( PC, multiple monitors, gaming chair, peripherals etc) Everything arrived in excellent condition and on time ( I live south Island)
Even when I had to return a faulty Logitech mouse I’ve got send a brand new one!
Defiantly recommend

(Before lockdown, normal operation) Ordered click and collect for an SSD, took 3 days to be ready. When I went to the store, no one was there. After a few minutes a dude pops out and sits at his desk not saying a word. I give him my printout and managed to get my item. Overall omnious vibe when I was already unsure of this shop. Also lately they're hiding extra charges to show off low prices (motherboards needing BIOS update costs extra $$$). I've now switched to using their website to get other retailers to pricematch.

A good company delivers promptly and product is in good order and exactly what you asked for.

I often find products here cheaper than other sites and shipping is always prompt with the packages having plenty of protection.

Honestly had great experiences shopping here, good shipping, competitive pricing etc. But adding that note about ‘due to miners buying up our stock’

Lol, imagine being salty about having customers that buy products from you... can’t relate, wouldn’t work anywhere with such an odd outlook

These people don't honour their warranty so don't shop here!

Like anywhere, things aren't always perfect, but over the last decade I've had better experiences with CL than any other computer store in NZ, and I've tried a few.

Always get good advice and great gear at best prices (locally)
