I am cynical about online offers - if it looks too good to be true, then it usually is. However, on this occasion I was proved wrong. I put my faith in Computer Discounts and they didn't let me down. I've had my new (refurbished) MacBook Air 2017 for 2 weeks now and can honestly say it was a very positive experience buying from this company.
The initial questions I had were answered by email promptly and clearly. I was kept informed about the process of preparation and delivery. The delivery was fast - 48 hours to an off-shore UK island. The laptop was in superb condition and easy to set up. So far, I am impressed. I say "so far" because I can't yet comment on any after-service processes or responses; I hope not to have to need to tbh.
My only slight observation is that the packaging very clearly stated what was inside. I was a little surprised that it was so obvious as surely any "loss" in transit wouldn't be covered by their insurance if they are declaring to all who handle it (or trustingly leave it with a neighbour or in a "safe place" on delivery if you're out) that there is an expensive computer/device in the box; I'd expected it to be more discreet. Also sort of gives the game away if you're buying it as a gift for someone you live with.
Yep - so far, would fully recommend this company :-)

Bought a MacBook Air on Monday. It arrived on Wednesday. It's in beautiful condition, works very fast, and synchronises seamlessly with my iPad and iPhone shared files and apps. The Computer Discounts support team could not have been more helpful with the small setup queries I had, and they responded almost instantly. Very happy and cannot recommend the company highly enough. It's good to see responsible reconditioning of excellent technology. Thank you.

I ordered for my daughter but found out it was the wrong one - the guys couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous and the refund was back in my account within 3 days

Sadly, my purchase did not quite work out for me. However, I had no problems with a refund which had been promptly given without fuss. The communication had been excellent. Top notch company, can’t recommend them enough.

Devious, deceitful organisation that lures buyers in by advertising heavily discounted current model computers before substituting expensive out of date models at check out.
Customer Service line is never answered, and emails never receive a reply.
Awful outfit that should be avoided at all costs.

Very pleased with my reconditioned Mac book pro. Very friendly, knowledgeable service. Very efficient and laptop arrived when they said it would and appears in very good condition. I only have been using for a couple of weeks but so far so good! I was also given contact details in case I ran in to problems. So it’s 5 stars from me for excellent service, does what it is supposed to do and arrived on time that I was given. Well and secure packaging too.
