Toujours dans l'attente du remboursement suite retour de mon produit

Deux paires achetées les deux trouées dès la première sortie. Innaceptable au vu des tarifs appliqués

Retour d'une paire de cho7 Ultra Trail docks depuis le 24/04 et toujours pas de remboursement à ce jour. J'ai le bordereau colissimo tamponné par la poste devant moi. Je viens de l'envoyer à Compressport. Service client injoignable par tél.

Love the product but second issue with their ordering online order portal - ordered an item but the wrong size was processed. Even though I double checked it still went out wrong. I tried to change it immediately once spotted online but no option even though it was 60 seconds after the order. Sent three messages and contacted their online helpdesk. AI responses that they could not change it and said it had to be returned once I received it. Absolutely incredibly incompetent and would not use them again. Horrible experience.

Simple j’ai acheté leur teeshirt « Stay behind » parce que j’aimais bien le message après seulement 5 km il s’est déjà usé petit trous j’ai essayé de contacter le service client et parce que c’est écrit tee shirt avant ou après séance ils n’ont rien voulu entendre

Ordered product, which transpired to be to big. Attempted free return on website, however the free return process was not available, only an £18 ish return process was. I contacted them to tell them this and they agreed I was entitled to the free return. They emailed the return label and I sent the product back. Today I have received notification of the refund MINUS the shipping cost amount. Avoid this company, they lie to you.

I purchased a Compressport Free Belt after carefully checking their official website's sizing chart. My waist is 84cm, which their chart clearly places in the XS/S size range (78-86cm). The belt that arrived was so tight it was completely unwearable.

On top of the sizing fiasco, the product is also extremely hot. Despite claims of using advanced, well-ventilated fabrics designed for optimal temperature regulation, the belt traps an incredible amount of heat and sweat. This makes it highly uncomfortable for running in a climate like Australia's and is a major design flaw for a premium athletic product.​

When I contacted customer service about the fit, the exchange was frankly insulting. Their representative, Valentin Nguyen, first suggested I was wearing it wrong and that it should sit on my hips. This is absurd for two reasons:​

Their own chart asks for a waist measurement, not a hip measurement.

The belt was already painfully tight on my narrower waist; it would be physically impossible to get it over my hips.

After I pointed out this contradiction, Valentin became dismissive, claiming their sizing information "isn't incorrect" and that feedback like mine is "rare." This is demonstrably false. A quick search finds independent YouTube reviews where people with my exact waist size say even the next size up (M/L) is "quite tight". Reddit forums are filled with customers confirming the sizing guide is inaccurate and the belts run very small.​

Conclusion: Do not trust the sizing chart. Expect the belts to be much smaller and hotter than advertised, and if you have a problem, expect to be treated with condescension. This was a disappointing experience that shows a lack of integrity from the brand. I will be returning the product and will not be a future customer.

Leider wurde meine Retoure vom 14.07.2025 nicht korrekt bearbeitet. Mir wurden 147,28 € zu wenig erstattet. Auf meine E-Mails und Kontaktaufnahme über das Kontaktformular auf der Webseite wurde bis heute nicht reagiert. Ich habe die Situation über Klarna am 29.07.2025 eskalieren lassen müssen, auch über diesen Weg habe ich bis heute keine Nachricht von Compresssprt erhalten!
Sehr dubioses Geschäftsgebaren, hier wird scheinbar versucht die Kunden abzuzocken!!

They claim to be a high end compression garment provider when the garments are far from high end. I have bought 3 pairs of socks, 2 of which tore after only wearing them 2 or 3 times. I bought some wrist sweatbands which both fell apart whilst wearing them in an Ironman and I have bought 2 t shirts and the material is terrible. They come out the wash very creased and then cannot be ironed and the label even says do not iron! I won’t be buying any more of their products as the quality is terrible and the price is way too high for such poor quality.

Een absolute ramp ! Ik ging in op een aanbod en bestelde meteen 5 paar sokken. Na meer dan een maand heb ik nog altijd niets. De levering werd door de transporteur beschadigd en daarom teruggestuurd naar Compressport. Deze herkent de fout maar weigert mij terug te betalen onder voorwendsel dat zij eerst het pakje terug willen. Intussen zit het pakje al sinds 5 juni vast bij de Franse post...een maand dus.
Compressport doet niets om haar transporteur te manen en houdt intussen mijn geld achter.
Hun klantendienst is zeer stug en antwoord niet op mijn vraag om het geld terug te storten.
KOOP NIET BIJ DEZE WEBWINKEL.

Dreadful experience with this company. Ordered some calf guards. Got an email saying they had been dispatched. Waited 5 days and used the DHL tracking service. They said they never received the item and to go back to the company I order from. I have now contacted compressport 3 times had one response asking for more detail which I gave but still have not heard anything. So I have no product and I’m am £40 out of pocket. I need these for an upcoming race so will have to buy elsewhere.

J'ai commandé des chaussettes mal taillée, talon pas ajusté, trop basse, et avec un problème de conception (les points rouges se délittent complètement) D'ailleurs je ne vois pas l'interêt de ces points rouges ??!
Le service client a été réactif et m'a proposé un bon d'achat.
La marque écrite est trop présente sur les casquettes, chaussettes...

J'ai acheté des chaussettes promarathon pour mon fils. Il fait son marathon de Nantes ce dimanche. Après la course il découvre que sa chaussette s'est trouée.
J'envoie un message à Compressport. 10min après, je reçois un mail de leur part me m'offrant un code promo afin de racheter les chaussettes pour 0€. Je les remercie de leur rapidité et de leur professionnalisme. Belle réactivité du service client Merci

J’ai acheté le dernier Tee shirt de la gamme 2025 à 80 euros en orange. Après 2 lavages à froid, le tee shirt est rose pale… mais le service après vente me dit que c’est normal!!!!
Les chaussettes sont très, non, trop fragile. Elles se trouent pour un rien et pas à l’endroit des ongles de pieds. J’aimais bien le look mais plus JAMAIS…

Habe vor der Bestellung extra angerufen und nachgefragt, wie lange in etwa der Versand dauert, weil ich die Bestellung als Geschenk mit ins Ausland nehmen wollte. Leider kam das Paket ewig nicht an und stornieren konnte ich auch nicht mehr. Also musste ich das Paket (nach meinem Auslandaufenthalt) zurückschicken und der Versand wurde mir nicht erstattet.

Chaussettes parfois 1 peu fragiles mais correctes et confortables

J ai acheté 2 t shirts Kona à 60eur, un gros prix déjà...et attention! J ai eu des frais bancaires pour paiement à l étranger!
Alors que j ai commandé sur leur site que je croyais français.

I ordered a top and bottom for triathlon and bottoms were shredded after one race. Holes in the groin area and fabric broke down on seat area as well. I contacted Compressport USA site and Main site with no response to multiple emails. No acknowledgment of even receiving my emails. I do not recommend their clothing due to quality control issues as well as zero response to customers after the sale.

I had bought in total 8 pares of compression high and recovery socks. Most of Merino wool, as that is soft and warm.
Well I have only worn then 5 - 6 times and the heals of 4 pair were open ( my heel sticking out) and by two pairs, even holes starting at the big toe. I have them all in the correct size, not too small or so. For socks at that price, I really think this is not acceptable. I can not recommend them

Produit très très décevant. Le t-shirt Poseidon est indiqué comme un t-shirt adapté au trail mais il est totalement usé après un seul usage avec un gilet de trail Salomon (course d'une heure).

Le comble étant Compressport qui ose dire qu'en gros les gilets de trail comprenant du mesh ne sont pas adaptés au produit (soit une bonne majorité du marché).

Bref, une marque qui se revendique sur un créneau haut de gamme mais qui fait manifestement des produits seulement jolis.

Beaucoup de marketing, piètre qualité.
