Damaged parts
transaction was smooth and shipped within reasonable time. However the cap on the solenoid was cracked. I needed the machine up and running so I had no choice but put it in. Operates as it should but someone dropped the ball on quality control or packing.

Dear James. We are truly sorry for the damage that occurred to the solenoid. We know that secure packaging is essential when shipping orders to prevent damage. We must have slipped up this time, and we apologize for that happening. We understand that you went ahead and installed the solenoid because the repair was urgent. We are pleased to hear it is working fine, but we don’t expect you to settle for an item that was not perfect upon arrival. Like all of our products, the solenoid is backed by our 1-year warranty. If you find a downtime and are willing to switch it out, you could exchange it for a replacement. We know that is an extra inconvenience for you, but we want you to be completely satisfied with the product.

I had ordered a water pump for a 1939 allis charmer
I had ordered a water pump for a allis charmer B four cylinder tractor. It should have fit a 1939 model tractor . The old water pump has two screws on the pump that the belt pulley should be able to fit over the pump and be able to be bolted or tighten fast to the body of the pump. In this way the pulley assembly can be adjusted to aline with the pulley on the motor. If I was to use this pump the way it is now I would have to find some kind of a fan and pulley that was together so it would be self alined when I fastened the fan to the front end of the pump with the four bolt holes. Is there a pulley and fan blade that you can send me that I can use instead of having to send the pump back and find some other outfit that has the correct pump.
