Wonderful experience!
We employed Complete Fitted 10 years ago. We were determined to use the same company for our present home as they had done such an excellent job. We couldn't be satisfied with our new bedrooms' furniture. Pete the fitter, Declan, Sam, George, and Peter who all worked here are extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, as were Leanne, Zoe and Sara in the office. We cannot praise them highly enough, and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Highly recommended
The whole team were courteous, friendly and professional.
The quality of the workmanship was matched by the quality of the cupboards.
The team tidied up as they went and went the extra mile to accommodate additional requests.
We are very happy to recommend the company to everyone. We will definitely use them again ourselves.

Good work done to fit the wardrobes, just one minor issue, centre wardrobe doors too small. Otherwise a great job done cleanly, well done.

Replacing faulty wardrobe doors
New doors ( 8 in total) had to be fitted on our three sets of wardrobes as the laminate on the doors had bubbled and lifted and was unsightly / not fit for purpose.we were told this happens from time to time . It was not our fault or due to anything we had done. The guarantee period had passed, and manufacturer who supplied the company had gone out of business.
The company agreed to replace the doors at “cost” but this still amounted to £2000 which we had not bargained for when we had 3 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes, as we anticipated they would last for a long time without problems. The replacement job was done well but one door had a chip and this was replaced. They look as new now and we hope we won’t have any further problems .

Dear Jo & Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to add a review. We are pleased that you feel the finished job was well done and that you are happy with the final results.
Your furniture was originally fitted in October 2009 and was covered with a 5-year guarantee. We were contacted by yourself earlier this year which was over 12 years from the original fit date. We are always keen to help our customer as much as we possible can and agreed to rectify this situation at cost price and deliver and fit these doors free of charge. We also sent Mike to asses the work prior to ordering which reduced the final cost price for you as some sections were not needed.
This situation was far from ideal and not a true indication of the quality of our product. As you mentioned , the manufacturer was no longer in existence, so we were unable to approach them regarding this situation.
We hope that you are now enjoying your new furniture. We wish you all the best.
Amazing product and service
Can not rave enough how wonderful the product is and how fantastic the staff are. So lovely, and just brilliant service
