Pushy sales people money coming before customer service

On 2nd Sept 2022 we chose and reserved a new build property with Taylor Wimpey at Williams Heath Northallerton.
We were told that the house wouldnt be ready until April 2023 although we paid £500 and was only given a month on the reservation agreement this was because they wanted us to exchange contracts quickly.
The buyers of our property didnt want to exchange contracts until after a survey had been done in March 23.
We were then told our new house wouldnt be ready until July 2023.
During this time the sales person at Williams Heath pressed us for the money for Optional extras for which we paid £4,904,59 on 4th January 23.
Another sales person shortly after this said if we didnt exchange contracts soon there was a possibility the house could be put back on the market.
Even our solicitor said Taylor Wimpey were being pushy.
This made us panic.
We decided at that point to go for a different house with another developer.
We were then told we couldnt have the money back that we paid for the optional extras.
They said the money wasnt refundable.
They have been awful with us.
After several e-mails including e-mailing the C.E.O we were told we could have 50% of the money back as a goodwill gesture.
The whole business has made my wife ill.
The poor communication and people passing the problem from one to the other instead of taking ownership of the problem has been very poor.
We lost £100 from the reservation money and £2,454 without doing any business with this company.
Yes we got some money back but we felt we were pushed and pressed from the start.

So is there anyone else from customer services who can finish Luke's job

I DO NOT KNOW WHO OR WHAT THIS COMPANY DOES BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN AND SOMEONE CHARGED SOMETHING TO MY ACCOUNT, I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL AND ARE VERY DISHONEST.. THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN THE STREET THIEF. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BAD BAD BAD. I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD AND SAID THESE PEOPLE GAVE THEM ALL THE INFORMATION. SO IT APPEARS THAT BECAUSE THIEF KNEW MY INFORMATION THEY BELIEVED THIS DISREPUTABLE SCAM COMPANY

I wrote a review about Wren kitchens .Wren kitchen said my review was not genuine and Trustpilot removed my review.I sent there complaints number and proof to Trust pilot.I have no end of proof regarding Wren but Trustpilot do not have an email to send emails to I am not happy my intregity is in question and not happy about the disgusting treatment from Wren.They said on the review they would contact me still waiting.I stand by my review regarding Wren kitchens .Still waiting for response Reference #16934991 Wren complaints reference#10908817 37317546

Nevebr buy from meantimet

Never buy from meantimet. At the beginning of December 2022 I purchased boots from this company and did not receive them until 30/01/23. After continued correspondence with them my tracking number could not be found. They refused to take responsibility, stating the courier was to blame. They were not personally delivered but left on my doorstep overnight. I found them by accident. On arrival they were two sizes too big. I ordered size 5.5 UK and they sent me size 8. They argued they had sent the correct size which they did not. What reason do I have to lie? They then offered £3.00 compensation which was a joke and an admittance they were wrong then told me to give them to a friend. The cheek of them. They have stated they have done everything to help
Tell me please, what have they done? I am now left with a far too big size 8 boot and lost £24.99 in the process. My advice, don't go near them x

NIZEN LONDON FASHION

I purchased a jacket from nizen london fashion which came 3wks latter its the wrong size no label no tags ive lost count of the number of times ive emailed them had no reply it coast me £59.99 for this jacket it should of been £120.00 its got plastic zip as well as no label feel like ive been done terrible company it needs looking in to do not buy from this company

London Fashion - DO NOT USE

I purchased a jacket from London Fashion which came after about 2 weeks. The garment has no label on it, no tags and is very small and not sized as on the web site. When trying to return, I find out it has to go back to China at my expense (needs to be tracked too) and I have to fill out an on line form stating my desire to return it before sending. Guess what, the link doesn't work. Really upset about this as it has cost me £86.90 so not exactly cheap and also ruined a Christmas gift. I urge you to be aware of this before buying from London Fashion.

I'M 77 YEARS OLD ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND BEEN WITH STATE FARM OVER 30 YEARS WITH NO CLAIMS. NOW STATE FARM SENT A 3RD RATE TOW TRUCK COMPANY TO JUMP START MY CAR ON 11/2/22 . DRIVER REFUSED TO JUMP DIRECT ON BATTERY,AND HOOKED UP UNDER TH HOOD AND FRIED MY FRM MODULE,COST $1512 TO REPAIR AND STATE FARM REFUSES TO PAY. I FILED COMPLAINT WITH DEPT. OF INS AND BBB PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a gift of chocolates hamper please don’t bother using M&S as this the second year they have failed to deliver
My hamper should of been delivered on 23/12/22 as a Christmas present today is the 2/12/23 still no delivery I have made numerous phone calls nobody seems to care I’m shocked at such bad customer care nobody seems to follow up this issue with the delivery company they seem to get away with it while upsetting customers!!!! This only makes us as customers lack confidence in M&S in providing a service to its customers

Amazon awful customer service

Amazon awful customer service, ordered item on 13th didn't receive in two days stated delivery. Spoke to agent 3 days later, I was told to wait another two days and I would get help. Ordered from 3rd party seller which was not highlighted when buying to be told amazon has to make a claim, tried reaching out to seller did basically everything amazon said and still everyday the parcel says on system deliver today by 8pm by end of the day it says can't deliver this has been going on since 13th. It is now 22nd got in touch with amazon only to be told I have to go through this process all over again even though I already have to claim for my money back refusing refund today. Even though states in there policy they will guarantee refund. Also was assisted by two agents that couldn't do there job hafifa and vijay. Thought it was funny to keep passing me on as they didn't like what I was saying. Although Michel was pleasant I still have not got this resolved. Absolutely awful experience and I don't know how long it will take to get my order or even my money back. Failed to tell customers about third party sellers.

If anyone can get a real person at VERY. please tell me .....

How on earth can people get through to VERY? 30 mins on hold then just CUT OFF!!!! for an item they have charged me for, didn't advise when it was arriving, & I've had to chase it up with 4 visits to post office & despite VERY promising me a call back on 12th Dec (that didn't happen) Head Post office have advised me today that's its definately not there and probably on way back to sender. Very phone numbers have also changed from what's on Google and 0800 number cut you oft after 30 mins

This review is about 3 scamming…

This review is about 3 scamming companies of which myself and autistic family have had with nation-state Mr cooper mortgage and rightpath servicing. Please whatever you do don't go near these companies. It's on public record everywhere of the massive settlements they have endured from the customer because of mishandling their money and accounts causing severe and harmful damages to families and losing of homes and life savings. With us we've been transferred to them because Mr cooper finally figured out I was on to there scam and was going to take them to court. So they switched me to the bottle feeders rightpath their n other scammers. These employees are well trained in this art of lying and sounding believable but what they don't realize is that some of us who have been in the business forc35 years can pick up on what they are doing right away. So here's the deal folks.. now tell me...if a company provides you a coupon that says additional principal and you put your money where it says additional principal..why would you make a mortgage payment out of it?? Your thoughts?? Or out into regular principal?? Or put half in and other somewhere else? Your thoughts?? Okay so then when I send in mortgage payment it's all over the map. Then they say I owe more but wait several days later to even take it out.lol. what a joke of a company!! And then they don't post the dates correctly or put your payment in suspense or unapplied funds when you've sent payments. Or maybe if they are feeling like playing more games they outfit elsewhere and your remaining principal balance only goes down 397.00 when you've sent in 1300.00. Well I tried one last time . No communication. Just more lies and lip service. I've lodged a formal complaint with Bbb going to do so with attorney and consumer protection as well as Maryland states attorney etc. By law they cannot do this. God bless.

HYPERHEALTH02 SCAM ARTISTS

Nothing but a sham. There are no warehouses, no inventory. Only broken promises and no delivery. I personally spent $7950 for the purchase of a Hyperbaric Chamber from HYPERHEALTH02, Online sales scam. Owner Samuel Lehrer went to jail previously for mishandling funds. Too bad I didn't know that before he scammed me.

Had a very upsetting experience

Had a purchase made by wiggle - there order form that I filled out automatically fill out given me a old post code . It should of failed but got accepted. The courier called EVRI sent me text messages saying its failed then sent me a text saying it will be delivered. The item was promised to my son for his birthday. Found out that Evri is hermes and they fail to deliver 90 % of orders. This is a big upset to the customer. Due to this situation I will never order from this company again.

I posted a review about a PI firm which…

I posted a review about a PI firm which I could fortunately evidentially prove was factual and was clearly the case that the firm reported it as they knew my review (negative) would be given weight as a legal professional myself. Anyway it got flagged by the legal firm for that reason, TP asked for proof essentially (I had already provided my reference number of my case initially). Then then asked for more evidence, I even sent them details of my legal ombudsman complaint with the firm named.
No response.
Absolutely shocking.
Won't review again

Total scam

Total scam! Beachsissi is a company based in China-not U.S. as they insinuate by putting a U.S. flag up on browser bar. Beachsissi are scammers! You cannot make a return without loss of the money you spent purchasing item, because you have to ship to China!!!
