They need to Not rip people off ...deposit never went through as the bank thought it was a scam .so we never used the vehicle but still got charged 500.00 in fees and cancellations

Hi James. Thank you for taking time out to write this review. Just for context, cover was provided under your policy, the deposit didn't clear and 1 week later you telephoned our office to cancel. The insurers were on risk for the week, we incurred costs in administering your policy, and further costs when cancelling it. We are always transparent on any charges that you may incur prior to taking out the policy. Sorry it didn't work out for you and I wish you all the success in the future.
They are all staff very Friendly

I've been with HGV COMPARE for 3 years…
I've been with HGV COMPARE for 3 years now and have to say what an absolute fantastic company they are always at the end of the phone, I started with 1 lorry and now have 9 and like I've said cannot fault them whatsoever they have arranged quarterly zoom meetings with the insurers to go through some issues we was having but honestly fantastic firm and Mike Scott is an absolute legend I can call him or email 24/7 and will always get a response within an hour or so

I will endeavour to update you if we're able to get the insurers to change their underwriting footprint, if we achieve this it will stop this situation reoccurring.
