We used the seat cover for 4 trips, less than 2 hours travel time in total and our dog is around 25kg, so she is within the weight limits for this product. The seams already coming apart and it looked worse after the 5th ride, I reached out to the to the Companion&Co with photos and some further notes about the trips we had used the seat protector for
I had taken advantage of their sale as I knew that we were going to be getting a dog in the near future, which means we had the product for a month or two before we actually got our dog. Unfortunately I was informed that they only had a 30 day guarantee so I could not return or exchange it, they did offer that I could find somewhere locally to have it repaired and if I sent them the receipt that they "gladly refund you that repair cost as a gesture of goodwill"
I was quite annoyed that I was going to have to run around to get a subpar product repaired and life got busy, so I did not reply straight away, when I did reply to say that I was not happy with the resolution and that it is unfair of you to put this extra effort and responsibility onto their customer. They ghosted me and I never heard from them again...
