Love the items but package crushed
Love the items but the little damn heros package was badly crushed there was not suitable packaging to protect it and I was trying to get it to add to a collection which will remain unopened. Other than that very happy but to simply put it on a box with basic passing would of prevented this

Extremely dishonest company.
Bought a model Christmas arrived damaged tried to contact them twice using two different emails no response so wrote a review, got an email from them demanding every personal detail they could think of, I obliged despite them obviously not needing things like my full name, phone number etc but despite me providing this they still deleted my previous review. I will keep reposting this until Trust Pilot does their job and investigates this snake of a company.

Similar experience to other people on Trustpilot. I placed an order in Dec 2023 for an item that would be released in September 2024. The order was never fulfilled and they never replied to my emails or issued a refund.

Contacted twice regarding a £90 preorder made last April (that has been fully paid for and meant to dispatch last Xmas) yet received absolutely no correspondence. Absolutely AVOID!
