Came as described cover priced on time securely packed thanks.

Thomas was a great help with today’s experience in his shop. From his knowledge in pokemon to his range of different stock. Couldn’t fault the shop in anyway and Thomas goes above and beyond for his customers. Will definitely return again

Been using this shop for a while and everything has always been perfect. Stafff alqaya go above and beyond to help making each experience always a delight. Cannot fault them amazing work 5*++ keep up the good work!

Bought a few comics off eBay, unfortunately one arrived damaged, which happens from time to time but then the fun really started. The seller tried to claim it was 'industry acceptable damage' it all my years of comic buying I have never seen a new comic in this bad a shape and never heard any seller try to use the term 'industry acceptable damage'. The owner then tried to threaten, harras and intimate me by first saying they would remove postage from return costs after accepting a return, which I said I would challenge, the owner then tried to threaten me by saying they would stop me buying from their again as if I would after this experience. The owner was sending me eBay messages well into unsociable hours, the last one being 23.30, trying to talk down to me and being patronising asking 'if I was new to comic collecting' and if I was sure what damage and graded were, to the point that I had to report seller to eBay for harassment. I left feedback and would have left everything their but the seller has got my feedback remover from eBay, so do not believe their feedback as they get quite a lot of negative feedback removed and has got their friends to buy things from me and raise issues, despite me not having one issue on eBay for over 19 years, they have all been reported to eBay for this. I would advise to stay away

Comicoin is an absolute gem of a comic shop, and a big part of that is thanks to Tommy, the owner.
You can tell straight away that he’s passionate about what he does!
Tommy is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcomed my questions about comics and figures.
To my surprise he had in stock exactly what looking for and actually shared inside info of a future upcoming release.

The shop had a fantastic selection of the latest issues (and those pokemon cards 😋) with an added extra of being able to order in store or his website direct to my doorstep.
Everything is well organized and clearly curated with care.

It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly welcome, and it’s obvious that Tommy genuinely values his customers and the comic community.

Whether you’re a hardcore collector or just getting into comics, Comicoin is in my opinion the place to go.

Can’t recommend it enough.

I'm always apprehensive about ordering comics from an online retailer for the first time, but Comicoin had a special variant comic I'd had my eye on for a while. After a quick and friendly response to a question I submitted on the 'Contact Us' section of their site, I decided to purchase it and couldn't be more glad I did!

The comic came promptly, well-packaged with Royal Mail tracking info and was in superb condition.

I absolutely will be ordering more comics from Comicoin in future. A great purchasing experience from a legit website.

Made a order for some comics that showed as backorder which I was ok with it taking a couple of weeks, but after contact them on Facebook regarding the order I was told they should be back late January/febuary and it wasn't likely my order will get filled because they haven't had any comic order through to them. THEN WHY HAVE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE AS INSTOCK BUT ON BACK ORDER?

I placed an order with this company on the 29th of August for 3 comics on back order. I didn’t realise these were on back order and contacted the company and they explained that they can take up to 6 weeks. That I was fine with, and I understand. However, it got to 8 weeks post order and I still hadn’t received anything, so I contacted the company again, because no one was communicating with me that there were any issues. I was told that 1 of the 3 comics I’d ordered had arrived, and I could have that one, and a refund for the other two with a notification of when they’re back in stock. But I left it hoping they would be in stock soon. It’s now 12 weeks post order and I have requested a refund, only to find that the owner had “suspended business until at least January 2025”. (Again, I had no notification of this whilst having an open/active order!)
*edit* I have had an email stating I will get a refund.

These company just totally gets it!

Good service if they have the item on stock, I’m missing the good communication between the company and the customer when the stock they actually ordered is on back order, so takes 10-15 days shipping not the usual 3-5 days. Apart of that no issue
