After 5 weeks of chasing multiple promises of "it will be here at the end of the week", still no pillow !!! appalling customer service.

Look somewhere else if you want a pillow

Shipped from China, took two weeks to arrive. Nothing like the photographs. Extremely hard and of a poor standard. I did reach to to their official site with a review, however this was taken down within 2 hours. Avoid this firm, please.

Delay in sending, had to chase.
Eventually, they sent a replacement.
After first night needed to go to the osteopath who said to stop using.
Trying to get the 100% refund and they just keep offering discounts and delaying.
Hugely frustrating dealing with this company.

This is basically an ordinary but well made pillow filled with memory foam offcuts. You can adjust the quantity of filling to alter the firmness of the pillow. But being a normal shaped pillow it is nothing special. Rather than help neck pain, since using it I have experienced bad neck pain and headaches, which I didn't have with my previous pillow.

I ordered two of these, placed an order 14 days ago. Received a confirmation email of my order. My credit card was charged.
Nothing else... sent an email response to the order email. It bounced back as not active.
Went to the comfylab website, sent an email to the indicated email link - it bounced back as not active.
I have pursued action through my credit card company.

Poor Quality Product and Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. The pillow quality was far below expectations and caused significant discomfort, including headaches and neck pain. Despite clearly explaining these issues, the company refuses to accept returns once the product has been opened, even when the item is unsuitable for health and comfort reasons. What made the experience worse was the customer service. No matter how clearly I explained my situation, the responses felt robotic and scripted, with no empathy or genuine attempt to resolve the issue. Customers are also expected to pay for return shipping themselves, which shows a complete lack of flexibility and care. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to both poor product quality and unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend this company.

Filling can be removed to find that perfect fit. Love it

Bought these pillows not knowing what to expect but needing them to help my
wife who suffers with a bad neck and headaches from her previous pillows.
These pillows came all really well wrapped and have been a revelation! We
have kept all the filling inside as like firm pillows but love the way you
can take filling out depending on how you like your pillows.

The Comfylab pillow is easing my neck pain and has lessened my husband's snoring, SO glad I bought two!

A quality product! We had to remove lots of the stuffing, but that's the idea to personalise each pillow.
