If I could give ComfyCo a negative rating, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I attempted to make a return, and instead of honoring a full refund, they initially offered store credit—something I highly doubt I would have ever received given the nightmare that followed. When I clearly stated that I wanted a full refund, they went completely silent. No response. Nothing. I followed up twice after that, and still—radio silence.

This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers once they’ve taken your money. The lack of basic professionalism and accountability is astonishing. At this point, I’m convinced they deliberately ignore refund requests, hoping customers will just give up.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from ComfyCo. I will never be shopping here again, and I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice before dealing with this shady company.

I purchased 2 body suits from Comfy Co. I received the products one which had marks on it and the other with a terrible fit. The products were poor quality and did not support the body as they demonstrate on their social media. I emailed them to ask for a full refund. They got back to me quickly to provide me with a different option. I then asked again for a full refund which is within my legal rights. Since then they have just gone silent, it has been a few days now and they just don’t send me my refund but keep sending their marketing emails to me. Do not buy from this company and don’t trust what you see on their social media. Really disappointed with the customer handling and quality of products.

This company took over a month to send my products! I’ve purchased from them once before and received good service. Besides the long shipping time, they sent me defective items. I also received all my items in bags I’ve never seen before. When contacted to return they asked if I’d rather a credit. I let them know I wanted a return and never heard back from them. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to get a return.

I placed an order 12/8/24. Got an email 12/9/24 that my shipment processed and ready to ship. Never received anything else. Sent an email 1/27/25 inquiring on my order. Got a reply they’d check with the fulfillment team and get back to me, they never did (shocker). Replied to their email 2/26/25. No response. Emailed again today 3/3/25 from a new email to see if I get a response.

One star too much !!! Don’t bother, pay for express yet they don’t post till ten days later, says express delivery 5-8 days it’s now the 26 th February ordered on 9 th still not received fans no response from any email sent! So basically pay them extra for express get nothing faster

I want my money back but I know that will never happen. After waiting for over a month for my order to arrive and no response to my inquiries regarding this, the package finally made it to me. Imagine my surprise when neither of these items came anywhere close to fitting me, despite taking measurements and ordering by their size guide. What a waste of time and money. Terrible product, worse customer service, misleading reviews and website.

Paid Money. Asked for an update on my shipment. No updates. NO reimbursements. DO NOT BUY!

Please read the fine print of the shipping ! It takes a month or more just to get your items. The quality is poor and does not shape as expected. Do not buy.

I would give negative stars if possible. My order arrived almost a month later and it was missing items. I paid for express shipping and insurance. The bodysuit I did receive looks like it was cut in half bc there was maybe an inch or two of fabric between the chest and bikini area. This would not fit anyone correctly. I am 5ft tall, so I even have a shorter torso. Their customer service takes forever to respond. I asked to return this item and just get a full refund for both bodysuits. They only sent me one of the two I ordered. Ill probably never get my money back. Someone needs to just shut this company down because they are ripping people off.

They have been charging me monthly, unbeknownst to me. No indication anywhere that they were a subscription company.
Plus, my initial order, which I paid extra for express shipping, arrived late.

Worst site. They were charging me monthly for a membership I did not sign up for. Plus the items I got were so tight and uncomfortable.

The worst ever. I wish I had known about everyone else's reviews before I bought. They sent me the wrong size, and wouldn't take a return because of their "sale" with no returns. Nothing fit. And they still refused to take anything back. They don't answer emails for at least 3 weeks, and I haven't heard back from them since. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A SCAM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO RECOURSE. I EVEN TRIED TO DO A CHARGE BACK FOR MY CREDIT CARD AND EVEN THEY ARE FALLING FOR THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

My return arrived on October 28th, and it’s now November 18th. Why is my full refund still not processed? I have sent multiple emails, none of which you have had the courtesy to respond to.

Frankly, this is unacceptable. I returned everything in good faith, and it is clear you received the items weeks ago.

Your delay in issuing my refund is starting to feel dishonest. It’s outrageous that I’ve had to deal with this mess since late September—over two months of back-and-forth without resolution.

I am demanding a response and my refund immediately. I will continue to escalate this until you honor my rightful request.

It’s bad enough that the products didn’t work as promised and that I had to send them back before two important events, but now your handling of this refund has been insulting and unprofessional.

I expect a prompt resolution. Process my refund without any further delay.

Since you have your customer care representative responding on here. I posting my snail I sent on here.

If I can give this business negative stars, I would. Please, please, please future customers- reconsider purchasing any items on SALE. You will NOT be able to receive a refund if requested.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No order confirmation. No product has been received.
No reply to repeated emails.
No one answering a phone.
How can a business like this exist without legal ramifications?

They are a scam, my purchase once came in very poor quality then I emailed them for a refund they sent me a voucher instead, I gave them another chance and bought some items 3 weeks ago but never received anything, they don't even respond to any of my emails

I ordered on 9/5/24. It is now 11/5/24 and I have not received my purchase or a reply to the messages I have sent them. Do not risk it.

Horrible customer service. I have been tying to email the company about a return for over 2 weeks now and still have got no help. Will never shop here again.
