I was very happy with this experience. I wanted a fire that would suit a 17 inch fireplace. I was supplied with the details of model Iconic Vitae 400.

Excellent customer service, delivery and product. We purchased our mantle piece from another supplier who sold it on us and resulted in a 2+ month delay in replacing. A quick phone call to Comfort Line on a Thursday afternoon and purchased our much loved mantle piece and received it the following Monday. I was looking for thin stone cladding, most tile stores in Dublin and Louth dont have the particular style I wanted so I checked on Donedeal, I saw comfortline ad, I called and spoke Henric, he was very polite and helpful on the phone, that alone encouraged me to visit his store despite the distance from my home. He answered all my questions and I made a purchase. My wife was also interested in his electric fire and we came back to his store as a repeat customer to buy electric fire, I trust what he says and he provided good customer service even when I needed help with installation. He has genuine interest in his customers.

The delivery was delayed because the first stove delivered to their warehouse was damaged. When a satisfactory stove became available it was delivered promptly and very efficiently, with s level of care and consideration above expectation. The two delivery men were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and were anxious to ensure that the stove was undamaged. I would happily recommend this company

So thankful I found this company. Ordered a fireplace from them. They have so much choice. Delivered so quickly and the fireplace is such good value for money and the quality is amazing. Comfortline have done a lovely job on installation of our electric fire with a cladding and mantle on the chimney breast. All staff where helpful with speedy responses, traveling to Dublin as needed and very tidy workers. Highly recommend.
