I ordered Snow White and there was an issue with the website and it change my order to Kojic acid. I contacted the business straight away before they dispatched the order to inform them of the error. I got a reply from Molly to ask me for a photo of the products when they arrive. I sent her the photos and she said she will send it again. I have received no further information and this hasn’t been sorted out. I’m stuck with the wrong products and no one is getting back to me. I’m not happy.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but when I do, it’s warranted! So I got into this crazy Black Friday deal 25% off (as you do!) bought my usual cream, on checkout the discount wasn’t applied! Noooo! Emailed the boss, she was very helpful & asked if I could get extras!! Brilliant! I said yes, and to tell the truth, I was very happy with the extras I got. A soap I’d never used before, plus a polishing oil.
Very good service & the customer care is brilliant! What more can I say?
I’ll be posting pictures of why I actually started using the creams from Comedonescare.
I had shingles, and it hit me square on my right side passing through my eye! This was 2 years ago, the scar has taken quite a long time to fade. I’m happy with the cream I’m using, it has worked wonders!
So any of you who’d like to try them out, please do so, you won’t be disappointed. 💕

It's too early to give out review, but so far we have seen massive improvement on our skins, as we keep using it, I am sure we will see clear results at the end 😀.

They need to employ more people to make their services perfect to customers, because I am within UK but it takes one week before I received my order.
But their online service provider was really active all the time, I gave five stars 🌟 to her

I placed an order on 26th of October and I am yet to receive the items ordered even though payment was received. On Nov 2nd I received items via DPD that were clearly meant for someone else, as the lady's name and address was attatched to the items. I swiftly sent a message and photo evidence to show this and I was told my items would be sent out during the week. This has not happened & I am still waiting. I again contacted the company to enquire about the items and I was told that I would be updated about the progress but this has not happened. I have no received a refund either! As a returning customer I am extremely disppointed and appalled by the lack of service and poor communication. I have never encountered this problem before with this company and as such I have encouraged friends & family to buy the products as they work. However, after my last experience, we are happy to take our money elsewhere. The lack of service, no refund and poor communication is not worth it.

I have been using Snow White Extra Strength for less than 2 weeks on some dark brown hyperpigmentation areas on my face, this product works miracles one of the darks spots I had was from a decade ago and this has almost completely gone back to my original skin colour. This is better than all of highly priced private dermatologist product on the market, which I have tried many. Please if you have hyperpigmentation or pigmentation problems try this product its worth it! I have tan asian skin this stuff is amazing. Thank you

I paid for next day delivery and did not receive my item until a week later. I’m very annoyed with this.

I bought the Galore cream and I have to say I am very disappointed. I believe the owner mixes bleaching lotions and creams and repackages them as her brand. Also terrible customer service , no response whatsoever ever

This is my second time ordering I started off with the small. I moved up to the 150ml. Both times were a excellent experience. My skin is glowing. My skin is soft and smooth. I will continue to use these products

They cream lightens the spots, but doesn’t fade them away or get ride of them

great packaging, love the product tried the cream before but not the lip scrub hopefully it will work.

This product is actually really really good! At first I wasn't really seeing results because I wasn't being consistent but as soon as I started using it as a day and night cream, it worked really fast and cleared up my hyperpigmentation! Smells really lovely too! I need to buy more so I can use it for my whole body too!
