HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME
Where do I begin, put in a accident claim 3 months ago, sent ALL and any documentation via the portal or by fax, and all awhile they claim to never receive anything, then I will call on another time ant that rep will state they did receive all the documents, weeks later I call and again they state they need additional documents from doctors, o fax all documents requested and again the claim they didnt receive them, this company is a total joke, supervisors NEVER return call don't even thing the adjuster will call back. A terrible and horrific experience, DONOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

A very knowledgeable sales rep. The company will follow up in a timely manner if you have questions. Sales rep helps you submit your claim. Claims are paid rapidly. We are very satisfied with Combined.
