Great if they arrive...
I ordered some earrings and jewellery boxes for Christmas presents on the 1st December 2024. I had received some of their earrings for my birthday and they're really nice. However they took ages for delivery so, assuming Christmas would be a busy time for them, I emailed asking for confirmation that they would come in time for Christmas. No reply. I emailed again a couple of weeks later as they hadn't arrived, again no reply. They did not arrive in time for Christmas so I had to give my nieces money instead, and an apology. I emailed ColourStomp again. Still no reply so I messaged through Instagram. No reply. So I emailed asking they to cancel the order and refund me (the money was taken on the day of the order). Still no reply. I have now disputed the payment with my bank and they have claimed the money back.
Their earrings are great (albeit one pair tarnished quickly) however their customer service is awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend and now I'm looking for an alternative.

Then follows months of them saying they sent it, me saying I still haven’t received, them saying they’re refunding, me not getting a refund, they’re sending recorded signed for, can’t provide me with a tracking number.
Finally, I’m told they no longer stock what I’m waiting for would I like to choose something else.
Demanded a refund after months of back and forth. Very unprofessional handling of their own error and a company I would absolutely not recommend.
Order made 4 weeks ago and NOTHING
I made an order over 4 weeks ago and despite getting an email to say the order has been received I’ve had nothing since. I’ve sent an email and an Instagram message but still no reply. Such a shame as I have ordered from them before - even though the delivery took a while last time it was nowhere near 4 weeks with no correspondence!
I understand that things come up with small businesses but it’s so important to update your customers - even just a courtesy email to say you were behind. But nothing!
Sadly I’ll have to raise a dispute with the bank. I would avoid and don’t be sucked in by the low prices 🤦🏻♀️
Ordered 2 pairs of earrings on 13/09 - still waiting. Avoid.
Ordered 2 pairs of earrings on 13/09, I chased for a dispatch date on 28/09 and received a reply on 30/09 to say that they had been dispatched that day. Having still not received them by 06/10 chased again and was advised that they had been dispatched and to wait till the end of the week and contact the retailer if they had not arrived. Contacted them back on 09/10 as they had still not arrived and was advised that the order would be resent. 11/10 I received an order, one pair of earrings was what I had ordered and the other was incorrect, advised the seller of the same and was advised that the correct pair would be sent the following day (12/10). Chased on 21/10 as they had not arrived to be advised that the order had shipped on the weekend of 19/10 (not 12/10 as previously stated by seller) chased on 29/10 as order still not arrived to be advised that the retailer would refund "now". I had not received a refund by 6/11 so chased this up and was told a refund receipt would be sent, and I have not heard from the seller since. Awful. Had ordered from them following sponsored ads on Instagram and now notice that the seller is pushing for Christmas, I wouldn't risk it. Shame as the items that have arrived are good quality and value for money, if not my style.
Terrible company - AVOID
Dreadful service. My order never arrived, no response to multiple emails or web enquiries. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I placed an order on 17th sept for a birthday gift which was required for more than 2 weeks away. It’s now 3 weeks since the order placement and I still have received the order. Attempted to contact via email multiple time to no response. I eventually contacted over instagram to be told the emails weren’t working. Assured me my order was on its way and offered 15% discount off a future order. Not good enough!
Still no order has arrived. Royal Mail tracking code given which has no information as Royal Mail have not received goods from sender.
I have not been offered a refund or replacement so I have opened as a dispute through the my bank.

Absolutely no updates on my order after saying “ready to be shipped/on the way” for 3 weeks. No updates on supposed Royal Mail tracking number and zero replies to emails. Don’t waste time ordering from here.
Still no order or email
Ordered from this company nearly two weeks ago. I got the initial email saying that my order was confirmed and that I’d get another email when my order is shipped. After 2 weeks without an update, I emailed to ask and I still haven’t heard anything from them, not even an automated confirmation of receipt email. Looking at other reviews here, I can see this is a common experience but I’m worried I won’t receive my order or get a refund. Ridiculously bad communication, one of the items was supposed to be a birthday present.

Delivered very quickly, beautiful pieces and very reasonably priced. Very happy.

Update: Same day as this was posted got an email and jewellery arrived shortly after, nice packaging and jewellery looks good quality just shame it too a review for some communication.

Great jewellery for the price!
Delivery did take a little while but this is stated on the website. Being impatient for my new jewellery, I dropped them an email to check everything was on track for my order. I was informed that an item I’d ordered was out of stock so I asked if I might be able to choose something else in its place, which I was allowed to do. Having chosen a replacement item, the company threw in a free pair of earrings by way of apology, which was a lovely gesture! The jewellery arrived promptly thereafter and was packaged nicely. All items look great and, as someone who is allergic to base metals and usually wouldn’t wear anything ‘below’ 925 silver, my skin hasn’t discoloured, no signs of infection using earrings in my piercings, and no itching! Very pleased with the jewellery so far and will more than likely order again!
Incredibly disappointing
Had to chase company for order update after didn't receive anything for over two weeks. When order arrived, two items were missing due to being out of stock and a note said refund would be issued. Three weeks later I am still awaiting my refund, and company have ignored my email for update. Two pairs of earrings have already started to tarnish. Avoid this company and their promoted ads
