Do not buy from this company. Before I placed my order for PIR insulated roof panels, I was explicitly told delivery would take 7–14 days. As soon as they took my money, the timeline magically jumped to a month and a half. When I tried to cancel (well within 7 days of ordering)—they refused to issue a full refund and forced a 10% "admin fee," withholding 10% of my money for their own deceptive practice. They failed to disclose that this was a prefabricated/made-to-order item beforehand just to trap customers with cancellation fees. Utterly shameless behavior. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

Order roofing materials in good faith, advertise said 3-4 weeks. Company confirmed a dated, that date came or went several days later after no communication I contacted them by email, again no reply. I then contacted them by telephone, third attempt some answered. Confirm that there would be an additional 9 week delay on my order, promised to get someone to call me the same day to discuss alternatives. No call. Call the following day to find out more as I have garden room with no roof at this stage. Again given the run around. Servant day later I called to cancel as I need to source materials from elsewhere now. Spoke to a pleasant guy call Matthew, said the order would be cancelled and I’d receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. 2 weeks later after emailing every day I still have record no reply or refund. Will no have to pursue the matter through the courts.

We used this company on my property in the UK. The company were excellent with the help and advice and worked with me to coordinate delivery of the small window so that my builder could be present. My builder has now completed the job and has conveyed that the quality of the goods were of a high standard. I will be going back to the UK next month so will see for myself. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

I received a delivery date that wasn't fulfilled. Then have received no communication about my order. No response to my email. No answer when I call. . .

Awful, on June 1st i ordered the best part of £600 of roof sheet materials, they said it would be delivered on the 6/6/26 I thought great that perfect, 2 days later I receive a tiny hardly noticeable email from them telling me it was a typo and I'll receive it now on the 7/7/26 so 4 weeks, then comes the 7th and I give them a week's grace and rang them back on the 15/7/26 asking where my order was as it was now a week late, eventually after 2 calls attempts and one of them hung up on me I got through to transport, transport then told me oh we have you down as delivery for the 18/8/26 I said no thanks I want a refund, so they said okay we will cancel you should get the refund in a couple of days. 3 days later no refund but another email off "service" this time, saying your refund has now been approved and you'll receive it as soon as the refund team process it, so I guess in about 28 days yeah? Honestly just avoid them at all costs, it's obvious where reviews come from, the customer service has been abhorrent, if you don't want a terrible time do not buy from this company, I'm also incredibly patient, I've maybe written 2 reviews my whole life but this one really took the biscuit.

Given 3-4 week delivery time at order/ payment. After week's of phone calls after delivery date, every time getting a looks like next week. 9 weeks after payment it gets delivered (this seems to be a good delivery time). Some wrong items, some damage. No response to e mails. Don't be fooled by the amazing pre order customer service, that's where it stops.
