Colorfulswan Recenzje

super item - prompt, perfect and excellent service - kind communication - I am an absolutely satisfied customer - seller highly recommanded

Be very careful when buying from this company. Item titles and pictures are nothing like the actual product you receive. I ordered what was advertised as a sculpture based on a photo I sent. The example photo showed a very nice 3D sculpture. What I actually received was a 2D printed piece of Perspex. When I complained, they pointed me to a footnote on the item description saying that despite the title and photo being a 3D sculpture, the actual item is 2D.

Sometimes even a rather silly item is worth giving as a gift—after all, the design is good, and the materials and image printing are of quite high quality.

I ordered a wooden plaque with a relief carving, but I received one with a standard engraving instead—not the relief I expected. I was really disappointed. But the service from a truly wonderful woman named Yiras—she deserves a rating of more than 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Promotional online photographs of example items bear no relation to what you will receive. This is very much a 2D image product, which the small print does point out, but why then show 3D like examples!

The item that arrived was totally different to what I ordered, instead of a 3d sculpture, I received an Ai photo on flat piece of plastic 2d. Total rubbish and disappointment. This company does not respond to messages sent to them its all a SCAM.

I was expecting to receive a figurine copied from the submitted photo. And what i received was a cheep cardboard cut out of the photo. Very disappointing.

Horrible. Looked cheap. Faces looked like different people. I threw it right in garbage

The cup came but after first wash by hand the decal started coming off. Would not recommend.

The add gave the impression it was a figurine but it was a thin piece of perspex with a photo stuck to both sides the faces did not even slightly resemble a likeness to us no body could tell it was us a total rip off
PS only gave 1 star because can't give zero

Never got the package, they keep saying its not cleared at customs. Not my problem, nobody ever followed up, very poor experience.

Great job and quick service

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! Adverts show and describe the product as a figurine when in actual fact it's just a piece of flat clear acrylic with a picture stuck on one side. Looks nothing like the images shown. Extremely misleading and dishonest. There's a tiny bit of wording at the very end which describes it as 2D which is easily overlooked. Total waste of £30 plus £8 postage. Don't waste your money! Have reported advert to Google.
