I ordered the VAAST R/1 ultegra bike, and it's been great! After I ordered, I didn't see a shipping label generated for 3 business days, so I sent a quick email to customer service asking for an update. They got back to me within a few hours providing me with the shipping label and the bike arrived that day!

The bike came mostly assembled, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't necessary to take it to a shop to have it put together.

I purchased a Bianchi Arcadex 700C Pro. I felt the price Colorado Cyclist offered was very competitive with similar bicycles. The bike arrived in great condition and on the day estimated. Assembly of the bike was straightforward. It consisted of charging the derailleur battery, installing the saddle, handlebar and my own pedals.
My first ride was great. The bike is lively, smooth and absorbs trail bumps well.
I'd never experienced electronic shifting before. It's quick and precise. I highly recommend considering this feature if it is offered.

Ordering was very easy and quick! My riding gloves {Giro Jag'ette Road Cycling Glove - Womens} came, though the fit was a bit tight, a return and new pair was taken care of quickly!

My order placed for my bike tires {Continental Grand Prix 5000 Tire - 700 x 23} were also quick to receive. The great news was I was actually able to order them with Colorado Cyclist! As they have been extremely hard to find these day, so I was very excited a) you had them available and b) shipped so quickly!

The stem and shifter hoods I ordered were as described and fitment was perfect. The shipment was accurate and the delivery was quick.

Responsive customer service. A shipment I received missed a part (which may have very well been my mistake by discarding it with the packaging), and they promptly helped me out by shipping a replacement. I'd gladly purchase from them again. Thanks!

Unreal shipping. Placed an order for shifters and other items on 7/8. Still waiting on shifters. FedEx says delivery will be 7/22. Took 8 days for Colorado Cyclist to even get this in a box to FedEx! My order qualified for "free shipping" which must mean the cheapest and slowest method available. Pretty sure I'll never buy from here again. Nor should you.

Love the website. My order came quickly with daily correspondence on the progress of the package to the east coast.. Also offered one of the better advertised prices on the product I was looking for.
