I was contacted by Martha after expressing my interest in moving companies on LinkedIn. She guided me through the role she had to offer and provided a detailed breakdown of the company and its culture (which was one of the main reasons I was looking to leave my previous position). Martha was incredibly helpful throughout the three-stage interview process, offering guidance where needed, and I never felt forced or pressured, a welcome contrast to some experiences I've had with other recruiters.
