I began working with this company in 2021. While some portions of my project were completed, several thousand dollars’ worth of contracted services remain outstanding nearly five years later.

During that time, I have communicated with multiple representatives and was repeatedly assured that my case was being reviewed or escalated. However, I have not received a clear reconciliation of the remaining deliverables or a firm timeline for completion.

On more than one occasion, I was asked to remove public reviews as a sign of “good faith,” with the suggestion that doing so would help facilitate resolution. I removed prior reviews under those assurances. Despite that cooperation, the outstanding items remain unresolved.

At this stage, I am seeking either completion of the remaining contracted work or reimbursement for the undelivered portions.

Trustpilot does not allow attachments, but I have retained all emails, text messages, invoices, and workflow records related to this matter and am willing to provide documentation to any appropriate party upon request.

Given the length of time involved and the unresolved obligations spanning nearly five years, I cannot in good faith recommend this company. Based on my experience, I do not consider their practices to reflect reliability or trustworthiness.

Collins ghostwriting has done absolutely fantastic work. To my mind, they created a masterpiece out of the bones of a fairly ordinary plot. Working on my next project with them excites me tremendously. Nothing about their writers disappoints!

They promised professional science fiction writers are on staff. Very poor writers with very little imagination. I explained that my book is complicated. They promised me a money back guarantee. I asked for my money back after the extremely poor quality of work written in the forst chapter. They pleaded for more opportunities to make it go better and I gave them another chance. This was a mistake that I found out later after receiving news from their accountant that time has expired to get a refund. This is not what I signed. They added additional pages to the electronic copy I signed. Be very careful with this company. So far with me they have produced a scam. Asking me to write my book on my own. The last conversation I had with Chis, he told me that I got what I paid for and wanted more money. Bait and switch. Still haven't received a qualified chapter 1 or a refund. Total silence on their end with no other choice for me is to go to court. Very poor behind the scenes attitude. The original person I spoke with no where to be found. Jerry. If you do business with them make sure you record the original conversations with the liar of a salesman.

I'm grateful for the extremely competent and trustworthy work, I will definitely hire again.
