Hoodie sizing and return policy are awful!

I ordered an XL hoodie for my son. The length and sleeves are too short. He is 6’ tall and we have never had an XL not fit. In addition, the hoodie/neck are tight. There are no returns, so we have to throw it away. I do not recommend the product or the company as there are no returns. Extremely disappointed!

We're so sorry to hear about the issue with the XL fit. We have had a few issues this holiday season with garments being incorrectly sized or mislabeled by the original manufacturer and we will always refund or replace defective items, at no cost to you.

We will contact you directly you to check on the garment measurements.

For the incorrect item, we hope you can give it to a family member, friend, or donate it to a good cause!

I am 6’4” tall and weigh 225 pounds I…

I am 6’4” tall and weigh 225 pounds I ordered a two, 2XL Augsburg college hoodies. The fabric was “threadbare”at best Made out of material more like T-shirt quality. The sleeves came up to my elbow in the bottom of the sweatshirts was above my belt line. I double checked my order to confirm that I did order the two XL sizes. I paid $80 for both and will be a waste of time speaking to someone on the phone for $80 so I donated them to the Goodwill. This was my first experience with your company I don’t mean to be rude but I highly recommend you implement some type of quality control with your providers. Thank you Dennis Cross

We're so sorry to hear about your experience. All of our hooded sweatshirts are Gildan Style 18500, which is one of the most popular across the graphic printing industry. However, if there was a defect in the particular garments you received (either they were cut or tagged wrong resulting in them fitting incorrectly), we will always replace them at no cost to you.

And we always welcome customers contact us by phone or our website to give us a chance to make it right!

Nonetheless, we appreciate you giving them to a good cause this holiday season.
