false advertising, nothing is freee

They should be shut down. They claim to have a high Trustpilot score (which they do not), they claim "satisfaction-guaranteed" which is false, they claim that they provide a free trail and that is not true, and they say that they will give you a refund before the free trial ends which they will not.

Do not trust them, they charge you during your free trial and will not give you a refund

Helped me to solve my issue

The representative realized I did not authorize the charge and they refunded me in full; whereas, prior reps did not understand the situation nor did they assist with the matter.

They were very useful and ressolved a payment error.

Took money out of my account. Even when I tried to cancel the trial prior to the date of cancellation, send 5 emails with no response. When trying to log into my account I got an error. Just to get a charge on my account. DO NOT SIGN UP FROM THEM!!!

Scammers!
I just clicked for free trial for a week as they claimed! But after one question they said I’m out of my free trial!!!!
They’re trying to charged my card (prepaid) everyday for two months and counting!
I do not subscribe any plan
I can’t remove my card info
I can’t delete my account
I can’t stop their too many emails and daily attempts to stole my money without any reasons since my free trial already ended based on their claim!
Be aware and avoid them

When I reported my issue that I was experiencing; the support team did not hesitate with responding and correcting this issue that I was experiencing.

huge scam, I put my card in for a free trial and canceled it before the end of the free trial, but they still charged me $10 every week until I had to delete my account. 🤬🤬🤬

The customer service handled my issues great I bought me off guard thank you

The service was great. I asked for refund and they gave me a refund. I will be using this service and in the future I love this company thank you.

College tools team was very helpful when I had an issue

Fixed my problem immediately and was very kind.

Elaine was very helpful when I tried to cancel my subscription and wrote me a step by step on how to do this.

I received a reply the next day which was appreciated as I was very concerned about being charged after the free 3 day trial and wanted to cancel or purchase at half price offer but pause it while not needed.

I could not find anywhere how to cancel so the subscription would not be taken and she sent a screenshot of the page you need to scroll down and there is an option in very small writing to cancel and delete subscription and account.

I got very annoyed and confused and panicking why the cancellation option was not available anywhere so sent lots of screenshots of anywhere any links took me as I could not find.

It makes you panic when spend hours looking for and trying to contact and have to contact 2 separate companies as is joined with another in the links.

I requested them to please cancel the subscription being taken after the free trial period.

The lady from customer service replied she could not do that for some legal reason, said it was for privacy issues, which I didn’t think was right as I am the customer and I am requesting it and someone works with the company, I understand if it is the company policy so didn’t blame the person even though I didn’t think was a correct way for the company to do the business.

Elaine was however very helpful and replying quickly as with the time zone difference I was pleased to get a reply before having all the hassles with the bank if the payment was taken after a few days.

She was also very helpful to screenshot and send in same email where the cancellation is so I was happy with the staff members help but think the company needs to make it easier to find the cancellation link or not even put people through so much stress and not take a subscription automatically after 3 days but just not allow the site to work unless want to try a subscription.

The company itself would get a lot more respect if fixed those issues for customers as so much unnecessary stress and if the subscription was taken all the hassles to cancel your card and try to get a refund is more unnecessary stress and hassle to go through.

The staff member was very helpful but I wasn’t impressed with the company site and its cancellation problem not clear or easy to find.

If the company had a bit more integrity on its site, I think I would have purchased a 3 year subscription but I am not sure about using after all the stress.

There is no email option either or phone number to contact on the site and need to go back to google the company and find a different link to get a contact email address.

I think businesses would get a lot more business when dealing with the customer if they made the products and services more transparent and easier and clearer for any joining or cancelling and contact.

The site needs work or will get a very bad name from ones trying to get refunded through their banks and all the hassles caused by what could be solved easily with a little more integrity to their customers and their website.

Gave the 5 stars for the staff members assistance.

The site is also a good resource to use too, but with the website issues I would give a lot less at this stage.

It is not working. Supposedly you screenshot a question and it is supposed to find the answer for you. When you click screenshot and attempt to actually capture the question, nothing happens. I did contact them but they wanted more info on the issue, so for now, this is my review.
