I ordered my EVGA 1070 sc backplate and it came exactly how I described it! I couldn't fault the people over at cold zero. They gave me a max of 5 weeks delivery but it was delivered in 1. The quality was top notch and came with all the fixings included.

Ordered a gpu backplate for my RTX 3070 and customised the plate colour, the next day I decided to order a matching souncard backplate. A week later I received a paypal refund for the cost of postage on one of the orders. Such an honest company to deal with. The products arrived today and they are spot on, made to a very high standard, well packaged and delivered in good time. I really cant recommend this company high enough

I ordered two fan grills for my PC build. As the specific fan that I have wasn't listed as an option for the grills, I went with the standard model; however, I commented that they should add the fan I'm using to their custom list. In no time I had a message from their customer service team, asking me which side of the fan I would be mounting the grills to, and I responded. Customer service is exceptionally friendly and their response times are impeccable!

Less than 24 hours after departing Portugal, the grills arrived at my home in Italy (I selected 3-5 day shipping with DHL). The grills were packaged exceptionally well, and with this packaging technique there is zero chance of damage, unless the courier makes some sort of monumental mistake. To my surprise they had customized the grills to fit my fans perfectly!

I cannot express enough how rare it is to receive this level of customer service! ColdZero goes above and beyond! I will 100% be buying from them again anytime I want to spruce up my PC or do another custom build!

Response time could be a little better....As of yet I still haven't received mine... but this is basically the only prin out there in the world currently....

I bought a PSU shroud for my Thermaltake View71 case. The information on the product that was given was top notch. Shipping was updated very well and I was emailed everytime there was an update. I appreciated this because I felt that there was constant communication at all times. When the product arrived, the packaging was superb! It actually took me a while to get to the product itself which is actually a good thing. There were no marks or anything on the product because the packaging that was done was very thorough.

When I looked at the product and there was an extra bracket and screws that came with it, I was confused on how to proceed to install to my case. Then I got in contact with the owner and was surprised that there were pictures detailing exactly how to put in said bracket and screws for my particular case. I appreciate this a lot because there wasn't any manual that came with the product.

I also emailed back to ask about whether or not the psu shroud was painted matte black because i wanted to do some custom paints on my own. I was immediately surprised when I got an email back within 5mins.

All in all, my experience with ColdZero has been nothing short of super and I am happy to say that I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received. I will for sure go back for future products in the future and recommend my friends to check out ColdZero.
