Delighted with my printed door mat - excellent quality

Good quality product, which flattened out nicely overnight and was then easy to lay, and looks good. I forget how long we'd been living with the mat by our back door. I wish we'd bought the replacement from Coir Mats years ago.

Very good delivery rapid and accurate with time. Good firm mat the edge is fine to leave we have yet to cut it to size as our house was built nearly 200 years ago the walls are not quite straight. Colour blends well with wood.

In my time I have bought many cutfast door mats, several for workplaces, and more recently for my for my home, The one was from doormats.co.uk is a far better quality than any I had previously bought. Though it was nearly twice the price of some others, it is far better made and I expect it to last well.

In the first instance, the website was the easiest to navigate amongst the numerous others selling coir mats. And the price was the best! It came by DHL - I love a good quality courier with regular - email and text message updates and the option to change the delivery day. Sadly there was a fault with the item I bought and when I sent an email I expected a back and forth, 'to be expected' blah blah blah but no.....absolutely no questions asked, replacement sent out immediately, apology offered for the inconvenience. Brilliant. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend
