Deposited $10 to receive $10 SC + $20 in promo and never received my initial deposit or promo funds. Ripped of $10. Contacted support, although they are active in the chat, I’ve had no response for 3 days from the support or any email response. I really like their idea as a player for the casino to give cash back, to give it to even the winners is insane but in a good way from a players point of view. SCAMMMMMMMM!!! I have been trying to redeem my coins several time to cash, and it keeps asking for a verification email and nowhere in sight is the verification email. Customer service is a joke. They have a BOT that answers and never gets back to you. Keeps telling you to clear data and browser try a different browser. Well let me tell you I've tried all those things and no on will respond or help. This has got to be the biggest scam. I know they read these reviews so if you read this then fix your site for email verification Please fix my account so i can get the verification email!!
