Great lending platform
I’ve been using CoinRabbit for quite a while now and overall I’m really happy with it. Everything has worked well for me so far, and their customer support is probably one of the things I like most about the platform. You can always reach someone through the chat, even when you’re on the other side of the ocean, and they’re consistently friendly and helpful.
The only thing I’m not so keen on is the interest rate, which I think is relatively high. That said, I also understand that this is part of crypto lending. The idea is that you can potentially earn enough on your crypto to make the cost of the loan worthwhile.
There is one thing that surprised me, though. If you partially repay a loan, the interest you pay doesn’t seem to decrease accordingly. I don’t mean the interest rate itself, but the actual amount of interest charged. I would have expected the interest to be calculated on the remaining loan balance. I can understand the business reasoning behind it, but it’s something I wasn’t aware of when I started using the platform.
Apart from that, I’ve had a very good experience with CoinRabbit and I’m happy to keep using it. It’s a user-friendly platform and, above all, the customer support has been great.

We completely understand your point about the interest rate. One of the reasons behind our rates is the level of liquidation LTV we offer. That flexibility comes with a cost on our side as well. We’ve recently introduced rates starting from 11.95%, which may be a more favourable option depending on the loan and LTV.

I still use til this day even thought it does suck having loans liquated but thats what you sign up for so just make sure you know charts at least a little so you make sure that doesnt happen but overall im happy with the service

I was happily surprised on how easy it was to get a collateralized loan with coin rabbit. It was a seamless process and only taking a short time to complete everything. More than pleased with the service they provide (Im Canadian so alot of Crypto loan service don't work) and how good there customer service has been.
