I've never had any contact with them before until I registered and deposited USDT 1200. I tried to place my first bet but I got message "error" for all bets I attempted, even though they were big leagues, NHL, Premier League, etc.

I tried to get in touch with live support and email, but they all sounded like bots, responding "The Company reserves the right to refuse in participation in any bets at its discretion and without giving reasons".

Which doesn't make any sense, since I was a brand new customer, without any bet history or anything.

I had no alternative but to withdraw my USDT 1200 again, but they kept a chunk of the transaction cost.
