I pre-ordered the Fellow Espresso Series 1 back in March and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The bundle deal and discount they offered provided fantastic value, and everything was handled professionally throughout the pre-order process.

What impressed me most was the customer service. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses whenever I had questions. The team were always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, which made the waiting period for a pre-order much easier.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Great communication, great service, and a fantastic buying experience overall.

Great service - had an issue with my order (my fault not Coffee Merch) and it was resolved very quickly and when the Fellow Espresso Series 1 was officially released, it arrived fast and had a nice little suprise in the box (some lovely Square Mile coffee - which is also excellent). Really happy with the service and product and I'm sure it won't be the last purchase I make from Coffee Merch - happy to recommend them.

Very reasonable price for an excellent Edo milk pitcher. Super quick delivery and well packaged. All very efficient.

Ordering a Fellow Aiden was simple, efficiently delivered and in safe packaging. Extremely happy with the product. My only criticism is that Coffee Merch didn't confirm dispatch or tracking, despite having my email and confirming the order. Thankfully I paid by Klarna who alerted me as I wanted to make sure I was at home to receive this in person.

A great product and good brand delivered within the week. The parcel tracking wasn’t the best but it arrived on time for when I needed.

I had been looking for a really good coffee machine for black coffee, for some time, when I went into the CoffeMerch pop up shop in Brighton, I could not have received better service from the team, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, I bought a Moccamaster machine, and I could not be happier with it, thank you all !

Amazing customer service! It's rare these days, but great when you find a shop that looks after you with old-fashioned customer service.
