The customer service is very good, I could modify my order twice after placing it, just had to ask. Now I'm waiting for the product but it is a group buy, so it is expected.

My problem has been addressed and resolved. Thankyou for the explanation

Ho effettuato il mio ordine in luglio , ho pagato e da quel momento sono cominciati i miei problemi col sig Matteo Polli. Dopo tre settimane di ritardo ho cominciato a scrivere al servizio clienti. La prima volta hanno risposto che l’ordine fatto sarebbe stato consegnato entro ottobre. Ma da allora ai miei solleciti non mi hanno più risposto.
Ho deciso che se il mio ordine non arriva entro il 20 novembre andrò a fare denuncia per truffa alla guardia di finanza.
E se siamo molti ad avere questo problema col sig Matteo Polli faremo ancora più rumore.

Basically, one can be satisfied with this shop. The goods arrived as ordered and in the correct quantity. However, there are a few points of criticism: 1. the switches were always available and I paid directly by credit card. Despite availability, it took 4 full working days for the switches to be dispatched. That's a bit long for my taste. I live in Austria and the distance to Treviso is about 300 km. Nevertheless, I waited a whole 11 days (due to the weekends in between) for the switches. 2nd point of criticism: The shipping packaging is inadequate. It is simply a bubble envelope. I was able to operate the switches through the shipping packaging. So you can imagine what happens to the switches in shipping. The pins were bent on about 80 out of 110 switches! Please improve the packaging. This may be sufficient for national shipping, but not for international shipping.

Llevo meses desde que hice el pedido y no tengo ninguna información al respecto. Les he enviado varios correos y no he tenido respuesta, al escribirles por instagram me han dejado en visto. Necesito información por favor.

Ho scoperto il negozio quando ho cominciato a interessarmi alle tastiere meccaniche, volevo trovare uno shop italiano per non attendere mesi per una consegna e per non regalare soldi ai siti asiatici che vendono robaccia scadente, inoltre dovremmo sostenere sempre il nostro mercato. Mi sono trovato benissimo, la spedizione e la consegna sono fulminei (nel mio caso tra ordine, spedizione e consegna sono passati solo due giorni), i prezzi un pò alti ma la qualità si paga. Ho fatto, per ora, un paio di acquisti ma non saranno gli ultimi. Ci vorrebbe un pò più assortimento e andrebbero eliminati gli oggetti esauriti che non torneranno disponibili dal catalogo ma questo non è fondamentale, lo è il fatto che riesci ad acquistare serenamente. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio, cinque stelle meritatissime.

Veloce, preciso e senza intoppi.

Delivery was quick from Italy over to Finland, price was appropriate and I think that there were in the end more keys than what I had actually ordered, so all in all a six out of five experience!

None of the pins on the switches that I used for my Keychron Q3 Pro were bent and all were straight enough that I didn't have problems inserting a single one.

No scratching feeling, all are factory lubed as promised too.

I ordered from coffeekeys for the first time and my first impressions were great. I needed to add some additional items to my original order and it was a really fast and easy process through their live chat, I was amazed!
The shipping costs were reasonable and it took 7 days for the order to arrive in Greece.
Overall a very good experience, I’ll continue to support and I’m looking forward for them growing their selection.
