It came back with no updates for us and with exactly the same issue. The machine still wouldn’t work. A completely pointless waste of time. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Had a mark 1 (very old) Barista Sage Express losing pressure and steam coming from the unit. Booking experience was easy and efficient, engineer was prompt, tidy and polite.
Fixed the issue within the hour with a replacement part which was a reasonable price. Total cost of repair was more than 3x cheaper than buying a new one. Really happy with the whole experience start to finish and would 100% recommend

To be honest - I'm disappointed.
I am trying to return my coffee machine for repair. I have done this twice before without any difficulties. Coffee Classics has made changes to the system for returns - previously I made one phone call and organised everything over the phone. CC now requires customers to book online, which is not completely straightforward and definitely lacks the human touch. So far I have made a phone call and sent three emails and I haven't even booked a repair as yet! I'm sure the managing director thinks they have improved their customer service - sorry, this is NOT the case. I'm feeling very frustrated, waiting for a reply to my email for the next step in the process. Really disappointing. Coffee Classics - PLEASE re-think this process, or just return to your previous method which worked well. Thank you.

Fantastic aftercare service
I have had my Sage Barista Express for 6 years now and think it's a fantastic machine. I like the hands on experience you get from it. It started shorting out and I decided to use Coffee Classics to repair it for me. It turns out that it needed a new solenoid as the old one was leaking. Cost just under £200 but that was fine if I can get a few more years out of my machine. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and the collection and delivery through DPD was excellent. Unfortunately when I got my machine back my steam wand wasn't working correctly although it was fine before. The sign of a good company is their aftercare service and Jacob was excellent. He arranged to recall my machine and prioritized the repair. He was genuinely concerned in making sure that my machine was working to my satisfaction. Finally got it sorted and my machine is working as new again. Would recommend this company.

I have a Sage machine that I’d never managed to get brilliant coffee from.
The pump finally packed up when it was out of warranty but Sage agreed to fix under the warranty via Coffee Classics.
I’ve just got my machine back and not only is it fixed but it’s now making fantastic coffee (so I suspect it had had a fault since new). I can’t praise these guys enough! Communication was excellent. Delivery and collection service was excellent, the repair left my machine better than new and the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful.

I sent my Sage Barista Pro off to be repaired and have been satisfied with the service received; it feels as good as new upon return.
Coffee Classics arranged for DPD to collect my machine and once repaired, it was delivered back to me.
The total repair time was longer than I expected but I suppose increased demand cannot be predicted. Staff were really helpful anytime I contacted them.

I booked a service visit to attend to two coffee machines, the engineer arrived 24 hours later as promised . Very professional , communicative and very polite. Fixed both machines quickly and advised me throughout of the problem.

First, the price of the part was better than anywhere else. Then, after accidentally duplicating the order three hours later I emailed them (after closing time yesterday) to cancel the second order.

Although they managed to fix my machine. When they received it they claimed that it had small dents in it and some damage. It didn’t. It was in perfect condition with no damage. Then when it was returned it was covered in coffee granules. Not even wiped down.
A Great Service
Second time I have used Coffee Classics and again I cannot fault their service. Dealt specifically with Jacob and with a little trouble getting a call through Mark intervened and addressed the issue - cannot fault this company on both occasions I have used them. Ordered a brewing unit Wed afternoon and received it Thursday afternoon - a great service guys - keep up the good work.

Ordered a new part (brew chamber) for our Saga Creatinta Plus. The part arrived in less than 24 hours, with excellent communication throughout. Web site is easily navigated.
Damaged coffee machine when returned
We sent our Sage coffee machine in for warranty repair via Coffee Classics. The machine was in perfect cosmetic condition when it left us. After nearly three weeks, it was returned with significant physical damage.
While we had packaged it carefully with substantial protection, it was returned using only two polystyrene inserts—one of which was broken—and a non-original external box that showed no signs of impact. Inside, the rear casing of the machine was dented, and a plastic shroud had shattered, exposing internal wiring.
Coffee Classics had taken photos of the machine in good condition during repair, which raises questions about the return packaging standards. For a product of this value, we expected greater care. Shifting responsibility to couriers is too convenient if adequate precautions weren't taken during dispatch.
We're continuing to follow this up with Sage, but felt it was important to share our experience to inform others.

My Sage machine developed a fault after 6 months. I arranged a free warranty service via the Sage website. Courier came and collected the machine and receipt was acknowledged by Coffee Classics.
After about a week I received a call to say the machine was ready for return and a delivery date confirmed. It arrived in immaculate condition and works better than it did when new.
Impeccable service, which cost me nothing thanks to the Sage warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coffee Classics for servicing any coffee machines in the future.

Brilliant Service
They came out and repaired the coffee machine quickly and effortlessly. It did take a couple of weeks for them to come out, but as the machine was still under warranty (and a lack of coffee isn't life or death) it was a reasonable time frame. The engineer quickly tested the machine and replaced the part and we were back in lattes within 20 minutes.
Disappointing & poor communication
Paid for a transport box for a large Sage machine and, twice, it was not delivered. No response to emails asking for a refund. Terrible organisation and abject communications
