I ordered a mini camera and I didn't like it so I want to return it

I order car booster 20000Amps and I receive car pumps. What received not matching with the order.

You do your best designing funnels and creating creatives for ads to bring in leads, and the few leads that come, the delivery just doesn't take place. 15 days and still not shipped, with some stating returned. Of course returned, if you order something and it came 2 weeks later, you might just change your mind about the whole ordeal. From their videos, I imagined that they deliver on their words, but that's not the reality unfortunately. But this is the nature of this world, if you rely on others commitment, you might very lose your money, efforts and worst of all...your mind.

فقدت الثقة في هذه الشركة (بسبب الوعود الكاذبة)

1️⃣ تواصل معها أحد العملاء قائلاً إنها لن تتلقى الطلب لأن أحد أعضاء فريق تأكيد الطلب لم يقم بتلبيته. حاولت تأكيد طلبه ووجدت أن الأمر "تم قبوله" (الحالة). [كيف "تم ذلك" وقد تواصل معها فريق تأكيد الطلب بالفعل؟] وهذا يعتبر كذبًا ويثير الشكوك حول طلبات أخرى .....

2️⃣ قمت بأكثر من 800 عملية بيع وبعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام المنتج من العملاء حصلت على 86 عملية بيع فقط (نفترض أن المشكلة في المنتج).

3️⃣ وجدت منتجًا آخر وقمت بإجراء 348 عملية بيع، تم تسليم 74 منها فقط. ثم أدركت أن السلطات كانت تكذب. وصلتني صور لآخر منتج مصنوع في المغرب بماركات مجهولة مملوكة لهم، وأخبروني أن منتجك مشحون من الصين. ولما علمت بهذا الأمر كذبوا وقالوا نحن المسؤولون وسنعوضكم بـ 1، 2، 3، هههه. ولكن بعد ذلك لا يستجيبون لرسائلك.

يشتكي العملاء من رداءة جودة المنتج ونطلب منهم الاتصال برقم الدعم الموجود على العلبة لكنهم لا يستجيبون لهم على الرغم من أنهم يقولون إننا نقدم رقم الدعم لعملائك 7 أيام في الأسبوع.

لقد خسرت أكثر من 3000 دولار، أنفقتها على مقاطع الفيديو الاحترافية والصفحات المقصودة وتجربة العديد من المنتجات للعثور على منتج رابح، ناهيك عن جهد البحث وتنظيم العمل.
