I created my LLP with Coddan 6 months ago. Since then, I have been unable to open a business bank account because Coddan refuses to provide the KYC information required by banks (directors details, incumbency certificate).

I have contacted them dozens of times — emails left on read, no response, no resolution.

Every major fintech (Wise, Revolut) requires information about the corporate nominee member. Coddan knows this and does nothing to help their clients.

6 months later I still have no bank account and my business is paralysed. This is completely unacceptable.

Top service with ID verification, as a non-resident I was unable to verify my ID with Companies House, found Coddan on the Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs) list and they verified my ID and was issued verification code by Companies House in the same day. Very professional at a fair price.

This company Coddan raised the price at the end and didn't help me anyway. So, never again

CODDAN: A terrible company—they do as little as possible and don't honor their quoted prices.
The result: My problem was never resolved and I ended up paying twice as much as I was supposed to.
Stay away, or else waste your time and money with Coddan

The owners of the CODDAN company, swindlers Ekaterina Ostapchuk and Dmitry Ostapchuk (or Ekaterina / Dorian Crawford) were reported to the police.
These persons use illegal IT services for which they do not pay!
Be careful with these persons!

Totally scam! I've been a client for more than an year, and they literally rob their clients.The fees they charge is at least 2x from any other in the market. Rude attitude from the manager. Coddan were telling lies that unless we pay extra we aren't allowed to leave and they won't give us our passwords from the initial registration! I was forced to hire a lawyer to move the company's address to another place.
Just stay away!
