I did not receive my oder. They contact me by meil and told i have to pay 100+$ for shiping citing a tecnical fault. After that they did not responded my emails. I was lucky because i paid whit Paypal. They neither didn’t get anser the company so Paypal refunded my payment.

Full disclaimer, I have not purchased any of their products, but that is exactly why i'm writing this review. I've called them at least 10 times over the course of three weeks as it was an affordable, bulk oil combination I was searching for. However, the packaging was vague (e.g., "... and other essential oils"). I called and the staff were welcoming, understood I was requesting for a full list of the ingredients and "escalated" the issue. I believe they did their part. The part above them is the issue. I've called so many times they knew who I was, but my request was only responded to once. They thought I was a bussiness, I clarified that I wasn't, and haven't received a response since. They didn't even address my question. I cannot review the quality of their products or ingredients, but there is a lack of transparency, which can attest to their communication, marketing, and even insinuate the quality of their product. I hope the product is good and harmful for those that do choose to buy it, but I cannot buy their products without knowing what is in it. Best wishes and stay safe!

I’ve been buying oils and skincare from COCOJOJO for about three years, and every order reminds me why I stick with them: the products feel unbelievably fresh (I swear their jojoba oil still smells like the seed), the certificates of analysis are right there if I want to nerd out, and any time I fire off a question, a real person who actually knows the science emails me back the same day. Packages leave their Irvine facility in a flash, arrive leak-free in recyclable packing, and I can grab anything from a 4-ounce bottle to a whole gallon drum for my studio without jumping through hoops. It’s rare to find a company that nails purity, transparency, and genuine customer care all at once, but COCOJOJO manages it—so yeah, five stars from a very happy long-time customer.

I personally love their Rose water, my wife uses their oils and creams but I do not use any of that but their rose water for me is an essential, I saw that now they are selling stuff for beard and tattoos, they have been the best product I have used for my beard and tattoos on the market, If only people know about this brand it would blow up but I guess it is a gatekeep

Amazing website, I wanted to find a pure rosehip and jojoba, but I tried a lot of other brands and figured this brand just focus on wholesale so they are the source and they are pure and control the quality , so they sell it to others

I brought from this company and the products are fake the majority butter has WAX in it the clove oil doesn't smell like the original oil, I wasted my money PLEASE BE CARFULL WITH THIS COMPANY FAKE PRODUCTS.

My experience was extremely nice and easy and smooth, I see a lot of people that doubted the company but I genuinely feel like unfortunately people do that now adays to force their way into getting refunds, I have ordered 8 times now and EVERYTIME everything came very nicely except for one time it arrived damaged in the process of shipping in which I reached out to them and they replaced it right away

Not sure I would trust this company for anyone looking to order from them. Made a order April 25th 2023. Said it was shipped out the 26th. They provided tracking but it's still says it's pending approval at their location. I've tried reaching out several times with no response. It's now May 6th. Will not order from them again even if by some miracle I get my package. I would definitely be hesitant for anyone wanting to order from them. Even if you do get your products they could bait you into a larger order next time. There are some reviews with people receiving their products. But I would choose a different company for anything similar to what they carry.

Only half my order showed up, I reached out to them several times with no answer! I even looked up my tracking number and nothing.

I placed an order 1/20/2023, received an email that my order was shipped on 1/23/2023. The tracking information shows that the label was created and it has been at that status since then. I have reached out several times to the seller for updated tracking info, and now I'm worry that the company is fake since the last review stated its fake. My order was over $1000.00. However I'm glad my order was via PAY PAL. At least that gives me some type of guarantee ill get my product or money back.
