Coboco London 

1 star too many. This business is nothing but a scam. The items are not what is advertised and thats when you recieve anything at all. They harass you to close chargeback claim if you file it with the bank, assuring you with false information and promise of refund from their side. They are very convincing at what they do, and were harasing me while knowing my mum was in the hospital and could've died due to the seriousness of the situation. Following on from this, once they had confirmed they had sucessfully scammed me, they deleted their email address. Unfortunately I was fooled and closed the chargeback with the bank, believing the scammers that I would be able reopen it if they did not keep up their promise to refund (This is not something you can do). They had claimed it was better for the business not to have a chargeback and to actively refund themselvs. I was fooled, please don't you also be!

Never ever use this company. Trainers eventually arrived x2 pairs completely wrong size that was ordered. Wrote to them they eventually (without my permission) sent x2 further pairs in the next size up. Charged my bank account x4 pairs of trainers. Returned x2 first set sent to me back to the address on their website which is Nederland only to have the parcel returned back to me several weeks later. Absolutely disrespectful/disgraceful thieving company. And yes, badly made in china nothing like their Facebook advertising. This is genuine the company and return label is so fake. I’ve only given my shopping experience with Coboco one star as my review wouldn’t accept no stars.

Quick to take your money followed by endless pathetic excuses for non delivery when this cheap tat finally arrived it was about 4 sizes less than UK sizing on the website. Don’t go there! Stick with reputable sellers. The saving grace is the item I bought has gone to a charity shop with the warning it’s not UK sizes & it’s poor/rubbish quality

Would like to give a zero but initially (for firat 3 months) customer service did actually reply!
Ordered 2 pairs mens sandals, took 2 months of chasing to receive them, arrived after my holiday. One buckle broke trying them on, quality is apalling. Contacted company and they said I could keep the rubbish and have 15% refunded or return! I returned 1 pair to address they gave me in Netherlands at a cost to me of £15+ 1 month layer they were sent back from Netherlands unopened, no response from company since. This is 100% scam site selling rubbish with no recourse afyer they have your money. Authorities should close them down. I will be reporting them as such

Can't give 0 stars. Closing down sale scam. I ordered a sports bra (£25) so not even that cheap. Got lots of emails initially one to confirm the order then more to about despatch. The tracking didn't work, but I didn't think too much of it until 2 months down the line - no bra received! I went on the site - no longer exists. Emailed support - no answer. Have now lodged a claim with my bank.

I ordered an item which took ages to arrive and when it did, it was far too small. They call themselves Coboco of London, so I thought sending it back would be easy. How wrong could I be! It turned out the item came from China and I would be responsible for the postage to send it back for a refund. I decided to do that given the cost of the item. After weeks hearing nothing and then using the tracking service, I discovered it was stuck in Customs. After a lot of correspondence, it transpired I had to pay taxes and customs fees, which was not made clear with the returns label. That would have been another £20 on top of the £14 I had paid for return. At that point I gave up and accepted the measly 20% Coboco offered me. What a scam! The only reason I didn't give them 1 star was that the staff I dealt with were swift to reply to my e-mails and very polite and helpful. However, I will never use this company again.

Utter scam. Paid this company in good faith for a Lora Sports bra that has not arrived. After an initial response to my enquiry as to its shereabouts saying shipping had been delayed I have had no reply to my further 3 emails. Disgraceful. I too will be taking it up with my bank.

Complete scam. I ordered a bra on 2nd July. Two weeks later when I chased they said there was a holdup in transit and offered me 20% off next purchase which is awful because they are doubling down on the scam knowing they are not going to send any goods at all. All social media gone and website disappeared. Total scam. Have taken it up with my bank.

Was sent the wrong product - something i did not order - and was told i could return to China and pay for postage myself. I argued the case that I was sent the wrong product so I should not have to carry the cost and was offered 10% off and keep the item I didn't want. I've pushed this as it's not right and now I'm being ghosted by Coboco. Don't trust them!

Ordered some Jeans on the 10th July still waiting I emailed and have had replies up until 3 weeks ago now they have just ignored me it such a scam how do people get away with this

Advertised boots as leather and the smell of plastic from them was overpowering.
They offered a 20% discount instead of me returning them for a full refund and I’m still waiting.

Its a total SCAM, it's not a London company. Do not buy from them. I have been waiting for weeks for them to produce proof of delivery. They never have. After ten days after ordering my order had not arrived so I cancelled. They say they cannot cancel because order has been delivered, I asked for proof of delivery, Still waiting. They also go by the name of SUSAN & JAMES. These scammers need to be found!!!!!!

I ordered a sports bra on 5 July and I am still waiting 67 days later.
They refused a refund saying I had 100 days to return for a full refund. How can you return when it has never been received.
Website is now not available.

Please disregard this ONE star rating, just had some hiccups while doing this review and could not get rid of it. My rating is a mighty zero star. I ordered a pair of sandals on 11th July and have not receive the order as at 3rd September. I sent quite a number of emails and after sometime they refused to even acknowledge them. I've asked for a refund and still no response.

Ordered a bunch of sports bras at the beginning of July. Got an email a couple of weeks later saying there was a delay in delivery. Followed up two weeks later asking for a delivery date since I was going on holiday now and needed the products and got an annoyingly upbeat response which was probably written by ai. Now here we are 8 weeks later and it’s complete radio silence. This is clearly a Chinese company masquerading as a U.K. company taking people’s money and not fulfilling the order. Wish I’d done a trust pilot check before sending them my money.

I ordered and paid this company £39 for a bag on the 7th of July after numerous emails to attempt to find out what has happened to my order being fob off with numerous excuses and now they are not even answering my emails since August 14th lt is now the 2nd of September and still no bag think i have been well and truly scammed

I ordered from Coboco, they confirmed my parcel was on the way, but this never arrived. I've had many emails from the support team advising they are looking into this for me. BUT now the company online shop no longer exists. This was one of the worst experiences I have had....if the store opens ups again DO NOT BUY FROM THEM this is a rip off.

They accepted my order. Took payment and never sent the order. I've tried emailing them. No response. No telephone number to try either. Scamming company.

Dishonest, lyinging criminals. All of them are takinh customers money between themselves. i ordered one item they charged me for 2. they said id get refund once one of the items i didnt order was returned. Each person i spoke to on the phone or by email or said different things as to where the order was in transit. Complete Scam. ive reported them to the Met Police Fraud investigations team. i hope they will sort them out but i doubt it. my bank wont refund me because i paid for goods i thought were genuine, and need proof to show they a scam
