Ashish Kumar & his colleagues installed my Hey! Broadband fibre last week. Not the easiest install but did exactly as asked with no problem. Everything explained & area left clean & tidy once finished

Ashish Kumar came to install my new Hey Broadband a week or so again and I was thoroughly impressed! He called before arriving, was extremely polite and very informative throughout. He went though eveything with me and showed me the speed tests.

Great and neat work

Great service
Great service, and timely. The first router that was installed didn’t reach the back of the house so Robert came back to install one with an extender. Very efficient and friendly too!

Excellent Fibre Installation. Cheerful, professional and proficient team of 2. Plenty of advice and suggestions and not always to do the easiest way! Area indoors was cleaned up nicely and furniture put back.

One of the engineers came to my house to do the installation of the internet. He was very professional, tidy and clean. He explained to me everything was clear and he did not spend too much time. Strongly recommended
