My experience with CoTasker has been deeply disappointing. The service feels designed to protect the platform at all costs while leaving workers with zero real support.

Awful support for workers: responses are slow, generic, and dismissive.

No real listening or fair process: when there’s a dispute, they don’t properly review what happened.

Arbitrary enforcement: they interpret guidelines however they want and penalize workers without serious verification.
A clear example: a worker was punished for having a normal conversation with a client after a regular booking. That’s not a clear violation, yet they decided it was—and refused to consider explanations from both the client and the worker. This is not a trustworthy platform to work with.

Generally is ok but very expensive. Very high fees.
As a Contractor:

The worst is they judge your every move. They give you penalties ( 5 penalties and you are banned from the platform ) without any reason

If you Charge a price that is not aligned with their standards they give you a penalty - those standards are not available even if you ask costumer service they won’t tell you. They will say “the system did this. The system did that”

Co-Tasker has been a game-changer for me! Whenever I’ve had a busy day or needed help with something last-minute, this app has come through. From errands to more specific tasks, I’ve always found someone reliable and quick to respond. It’s honestly made my daily life so much easier—I don’t know how I managed without it!

Habe die App mehrmals genutzt um handwerkliche Dine in meiner Wohnung zu erledigen und ich muss sagen, ich bin mehr als überzeugt! Super einfach, schnell, preiswert..mehr als eine Empfehlung!

I’m obsessed with Co-Tasker. I wouldn’t be able to live without it at this point. I first heard of co-tasker when I was looking for some help with chores and maintenance around the house, but it has become an invaluable resource for me both personally and professionally. Through co-tasker I have found my most trusted household helper to assist in tasks from organizing my closet to packing my suitcase. I also run a catering and events business and co-tasker has been an absolute game changer. I’ve been able to optimize logistics and grow my business. 10/10 would recommend

As far as I needed help co tasker was there for me seriously.
The most helpful thing is the punctuality and the quality.

Almost every time I book a co-tasker for a specific date and time, the person who accepts the job then texts to say they can’t make the time specified in my ad after all, and asks for a different date and time. Since I also work, this ends up creating a real problem for me. Not to mention, as a woman I feel uncomfortable letting a man in my home who has misrepresented their availability, assuming they can “bully” me into accepting their demand that they do the task at an entirely different date and time. Co-Tasker needs to figure out a way to ensure that their “taskers” only bid for jobs that they’re able to do at the indicated time! Seems basic, right? I’ve had enough of this stress and am going to give the competitor a try.
