I have watched Counsel by God Video part 2 today.
This is a great teaching, on hearing the voice of our heavenly Father.
Stillness, Vision, Spontaneous thoughts and, Journaling - great ways to prepare ourselves to hear the Lord..

Stillness is what I am still working on as a discipline. But on occasions that I have been still, sure, I have heard from the Lord. I have a very exciting testimony that happened recently, on the power of being still before the Lord.....

The teaching is great. I dream a lot and usually I write my dreams down. For sure journaling is a great discipline. It helps me really go back to the dream and sometimes also helps to see how the Lord answered my prayer or how it was a confirmation of what is happening.

The Bible verses accompanying the teaching really makes it so rich and with clarity.

Thank you so much. The teaching touches my heart and I am looking forward to video 3.

I have read Virkler's book and heard other teachings on hearing God's voice from him. I always get something new from the material. This time I saw that I had let my Journaling go and fallen back into checking off a list. I have repented. I also now have identified key people I can go to for Godly counsel and verification of what I am hearing. They have been in my life for a long time, but now they are earmarked to go to for confirmation and truth. Wonderful teachings!

I signed up for ‘hearing god through your dreams’ with a little bit of trepidation and not completely sure i would get anything out of it. However, it has exceeded all expectations. Initially i had a bit of trouble navigating the site and dont always find it as easy to log on as perhaps i would like. I also wondered at first if i would learn anything new that i hadn't already heard in the free event that went out. Well i did but for me one of the most helpful components of this course has been the forum where the participants of the course can post dreams, ask for help with interpretation , ask questions and generally encourage each other. Charity clearly checks it regularly and gives prayerful feedback and suggestions. The bible study component is also good since there is clearly no interest in us developing head knowledge but a true, know it in your heart, experience of holy spirit illuming the scriptures. I can confirm from my own experience now that yes, God definitely wants to speak to us in our dreams and use them to transform our lives. Because of something the lord revealed to me in a dream my marriage and my relationship with my children have dramatically improved . Also i have moved from a state being completely ‘stuck’ in grief and hopelessness to a state of feeling truly alive and excited about what each day with the lord is going to hold and what he will reveal to me next. If i needed any further reassurance it would be that my heart has been full of worship and my life seems to be increasingly manifesting the fruits of the spirit.
