SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Sent me the wrong product and instead of apologising and sending the correct one, they told me that the postage to return the item would be too expensive FOR ME to return, and offered me $5 compensation for something that cost $52 with shopping fees.
They're now trying to negotiate with me instead of giving me a refund, telling me things such as "my salary is not high - please understand" when they are clearly not understanding (or seem to care about) my situation.
Absolutely shocking service.
If I could give them a lower score, I would.
Im reporting them to PayPal and requesting that they recall the payment.

I have contacted this company 4 times as of today. My order was received damaged on May 6th 2025. The glass that surrounded the vaporizer was completely shattered when I received it. So I contacted them Tuesday the 6th (as soon as I opened the package) via their contact form. Then Wed 7th via the voice mail, again on Monday the 12th with another voice mail and contact form. They do not respond at all. It's not real hard to send out another piece of glass to replace the one that was shattered. Heck, I was just going to order the glass myself and be done with it. However, you can't just order that piece of glass on their site! I decided to purchase this after trying my sister's Cloud. I was so excited to be able to use flower this way. Because I'm so tired of vape oil. 😪 I will change or modify this review if they do decide to respond at all. I believe it's the right thing to do, especially if they stand by their product or respond at all. I wouldn't say do not buy from this company, I'd say be cautious and contact them as soon as you know there's a problem. Their return policy says you have to contact them within 14 days of receipt of your product. The product must be unused and have original packaging. I contacted them within 5 minutes. So I know I'm not at fault in any way for waiting too long to make them aware of the situation, and I still have the box and the ENVELOPE they sent the vaporizer in. I'm guessing this is why the glass was shattered, placing the vape in a plastic tube and then an envelope does not seem sufficient packaging to place these devices in. But who am I to judge? Oh yeah, just s lowly customer!
I recently purchased the transporter. After being misled about the product, I was severely disappointed and wanted a partial refund. I was told to contact customer service. We also discovered they delete ALL negative comments. Sus company
The prices are too high everywhere else you go you get the same Vape for like $10 cheaper there's no testers so if you don't like the flavor you're stuck with it and there's no customer service skills
I placed an order with them. The vape was sent out the same day. The package went all around California and then was returned to sender. All my shipping information that I gave then was correct. I've sent many emails and made a few calls to them. No one will get back to me. Now I'm out my money. Very poor service and seems to be a scam in my case.
Made an order from this company for the Chong Platinum Device and the PowerBox vape devices. Both came from the company malfunctioning and not working as stated on their website. The devices even looked used or were refurbished, but were sold as new. Multiple attempts to warranty the device have gone unheeded and have been ignored since this purchase. Have even provided video evidence to the warranty department, but they stated that it was not enough to trigger a warranty repair even though the devices were shipped in non-working order. Buyer beware and DO NOT BUY ANY DEVICES from Cloud Vape. I am very disappointed that Tommy Chong would lend his name to such a faulty and poorly made device. I am completely out of my purchase money, and I am trying to warn others to not do business with Cloud V!
Update: Even though I was promised my money back upon receipt of the defective units, no money has been received nor any replacement items were sent back. BUYER BEWARE!
