After sending in my down payment they will not take my calls. I questioned if they were legitimate because they wanted money sent to California instead of Austin were they were officed. I think they lied anout everything we discussed. If they contact me I will add to the review

I gave them one star because there is no option for no stars. It is a scam. Be very careful of their bait-and-switch tactic. After purchasing a skidsteer for $43K, I received the machine, and they will tell you that all sales are final. They will try to convince you that the Bobcat dealer inspects the machines. Their inspection does not show any real details. The machine I received had been abused. Dents are everywhere. Access door dented and hard to open. Cover plates for the drive shaft are missing. After two days of use, the machine wouldn't start. The hydraulic fluid started leaking everywhere. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

I am very pleased with my experience.
They helped me find the machine I needed. It was a very simple and easy with process. The hotshot driver and the salesman were nice and helpful.

what a JOKE this company is I spent 53 thousand dollars on a Kubota L6060 tractor with a L4479 snow blower. the only thing that was good about the purchase was the shipping nice guy delivered it earlier than expected. the tractor had a burned-out headlight the left cab door seal was off flat rear tire broken cab flasher light radio was out of the mount hanging by the wires service light on on the instrument panela no manuals parts missing on the blower! several calls and tons of texts and every time they had a story to blame someone else, but they would take care of it but never did. the story changed each time I talked to some one new. do not trust this company or the salesman Patric Morrissey they are great at taking your money but that is it !!

Patrick, was awesome yielded and fielded questions well. Worked long hours trying to get a loan to go through. We are going to talk to our personal Bank. We’ve done a lot of loans there. Anyways Patrick is awesome and customer service seems to be his speciality. Thank You Patrick you Rock

I’ve been using cloud store for all my company’s equipment needs and they have been great. Had some issues with a piece of equipment and they were great on finding a timely solution. They are a good young company that I would recommend to anyone for equipment and machine purchases.

I would completely recommend these guys. Always on the ball, searching nation wide looking for the best fit at the best price around. Even would text me back on weekends and after hours.
