We’re sorry to hear about your frustration.

cloudHQ is a software service, not a hired IT service, so we cannot speak to the work done by any outside person you may have hired to help set things up. Our tools are designed to run automatically.

Also, a subscription that has been successfully canceled should not continue billing, so we would want to review the details of what happened here. In cases like this, there is sometimes confusion around which account, email address, or subscription was active.

We're sorry to hear this was your experience. Our records show your last contact with us was April 2019, and you actively used 10 of our apps in the years since, though we have not seen any activity on your account since 2024. Our cancellation process is self-serve and available anytime. If you experienced any difficulty with it, we'd like to make that right. Please email us directly and we'll take care of it.

As soon as we received your cancellation request for $4.99/mo, your subscription was canceled immediately. The charges you are referring to occurred prior to that request, and our subscription terms, which are clearly stated at signup, do not allow retroactive refunds for past billing periods. This is consistent with standard practice across subscription based software services.

We understand how easy it is for subscriptions to be overlooked, which is why cancellation can be done at any time and takes effect right away once requested. While we are not able to issue refunds for months prior to cancellation, we do take all feedback seriously and appreciate you reaching out to our support team.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt frustrated with your billing experience.

For transparency, here is what happened: You first upgraded to our All Apps plan, which includes access to all of our products at a discounted rate. Later, you also purchased a separate export subscription that was already included in the All Apps package. When you contacted us about that, we immediately refunded the higher-priced charge and ensured only the lower-priced subscription remained active.

That remaining plan is a monthly subscription that renews until canceled, which is why additional recurring charges occurred. Once you reached out about those renewals, our support team canceled the plan for you as requested.

We completely understand how duplicate coverage can happen and we are always happy to help clarify plans so customers pay only for what they actually need. If there is anything more we can do for you, please contact us again and we will be glad to assist.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry that the process you went through did not meet your expectations. You were absolutely right to expect a smooth and timely resolution, and we did not deliver that level of service in this case.

You mentioned that some of your migrated items appeared with corrupted Hebrew filenames. This is not something we normally see in email migrations, and it is unusual behavior. Because cloudHQ does not store or access any user data at any time, we cannot view your files directly to confirm what happened. This privacy and security policy protects all customers, but it also means we rely on additional details from users when something unexpected occurs.

Our support team reached out to you so we could better understand the issue and fix it for you. We care deeply about providing a high quality service, including full compatibility with different languages and character sets. We would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate this further and correct anything that may have gone wrong.

We also fully respect that you preferred not to continue troubleshooting and chose to request a refund instead. That is completely within your rights under our policy.

Unfortunately, the initial refund you received was incomplete. This was our mistake. The representative who handled your case was new, and we are still training her. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again.

We have since issued a full refund and reached out privately to confirm that everything has been resolved.

We do send multiple automated email notifications when a payment fails, including reminders to update your billing information. It’s possible those emails may have landed in your spam or promotions folder, but we understand how frustrating that situation can be.

As for the pricing, we’re happy to honor your original subscription rate of $74 per month. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of that for you right away.

We also hear your concerns about support response times. While we don’t currently offer phone or chat support, we’re always working to improve our email response speed and overall customer experience.
