The dayparting is great and easy to work with. I like the fact that I can make multiple weeks in dayparting and switch between them. The music selection from Pandora radio is also very good.

There is no phone call help service
There is no phone call help service. I have cloud box from last week but was not able to play a single song.I called 3 times left a message but no prompt response.

Did not like cloud cover
Did not like cloud cover. Always shutting off on my iPad even though app. I will be canceling this service ASAP and returning the cloudbox device.

Solid tech, great value!
Solid tech, and low friction process to get up and running. Also you website tools to manage the devices and make mix channels are great compared to the abilities we had with Mood.

What we like and don't like
Great interface that is easy to use. It is nice to set and forget. We don't love some of the music played on stations we thought we would enjoy. We also wish that all of the plans had the ability to limit certain music selections.

I used to have another company doing my music for my restaurant... as a matter of fact, they had been doing my music for over ten years. They offered very little for quite a lot of money. I found CloudCover and made the switch! It is a great value, and there are so many selections its amazing. The service has been spot on too!

Great music service!
It is great to have licensed music that you can customize anyway you like. The system is easy to use! If you have questions, someone is always available to help. I like being able to set up a mix of music stations so there is variety all day long.

The channels are so difficult to search…
The channels are so difficult to search through for music for my business. Pandora and some of the other apps are so much easier and have so much more to offer.
