bon travail

Bot pourri !

I haven't have the chance to use it.
But the email I received made me very happy and appreciate the efford

Il servizio di assistenza cordiale è immediato. Non potrei mai mettere meno di 5 stelle. Sono soddisfatta

They can improve in paying the refunds early as possible not to respond late while the customer has forgotten about everything.
Thank you

**EDIT 3**
I'm still been receiving emails from this tw*t of a so called company trying to bully me into removing my review! Which I'm pretty confident is why all the other bad reviews have been changed! That of course are the ones that aren't made by staff members!!

**EDIT 2**
Yet another member of staff emailing me to plead with me to remove my review. Which won't be happening!

PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! THE MAJORITY OF THEM ARE FAKE, MADE BY THE STAFF!!

**EDIT**
A member of staff has repeatedly emailed me, almost daily to try and get me to take down this review which I will not be doing! The whole scam of a website should be shut down!!

Absolute scam of a website! I did not knowingly sign up for this website! Then when I realised I cancelled straight away to then be charged an early cancellation fee which is they are refusing to refund! Absolute ridiculous!! Staff will message you and try to bully you into removing bad reviews. While they still refuse to return All the money the have stolen from me!!

Bob, got back and assisted me. Thank you!

Almost all of the accounts that left a positive review to this scam site, left fake reviews to random stores, on the same day and at the same time, to make their accounts credible and then leave a positive review to this cheap clothing site. BEWARE, SCAM IN PROGRESS!!!

I am happy for their quick response & keeping their promises. The team is polite & very humble. I am so proud of the team, big up guys

Customer Services were very helpful in sorting out the problem. One call was all it took.

Thank you Clotheszones
