As a person with physical difficulties getting about and having no transport I was relieved to come across the advert for clothes aid and it prompted me to have a sort out of clothes shoes bags etc so went ahead and booked a collection which was really easy. I received updates and my collection was collected on the morning of my selected date. This is a wonderful charity and you can actually choose the charities that you wish to help raise money 💰 for, so don't delay and de-clutter today. I will be using this company again and God bless them for all their hard work and fund raising 🙏🏻

I had a clothes collection near the end of Jan as arranged to pick my 6 bags up. Very good service definitely use them again.

The driver came and collected the charity bags etc .
He phoned my apartment to inform me that he had taken the bags and everything was fine.

Can't fault clothes aid. Came and collected 4 bags of clothing as promised. No problems at all. Thank you clothes aid, I will definitely be using again.

This was an excellent service left the items outside to be collected the driver came on the date that I was told and collected everything was very pleased and will be using this service again highly recommend.

From start to finish very quick and I was kept informed would definitely use again.

Terrible company. Two dates arranged for collection. Both dates were a no show. No communication from Clothes Aid or the collection driver to say they weren’t coming on either occasion.

The pick up was seamless, all I did was to put the bag containing the clothes in front of the house and went to work, got a mail that it has been picked. The booking and communication was easy and several reminder mails was sent prior to the day of collection.

I will definitely recommend.

The easiest way to donate clothes!
We left the clothes in bags and suitcases by our back door on the day of collection and it’s was picked up whilst we were at work. It has saved me so much time to not have to go and donate them and makes it easier to help others.

Great really easy to get unwanted clothes and items donated to charity so much easier donating to charity when it gets collected specially when i have busy life ….will defently be donating more as its so easy and already reccomended yous to others x
