Terrible service

Terrible service, awful support. It’s impossible to unsubscribe or get a refund — and this is in 2025, when most SaaS services offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This feels like nothing but a scam registered in Cyprus. Shameful.

System is no good to talk to customers

AVOID - they advertise instant messaging sync, but in reality you can only send messages to LinkedIn instantly, receiving appears to be every 2 hours, making it impossible to have an instant chat with someone through their system. Kinda useless...

False advertising

False advertising. The actual bra size is not even close to what they are selling. Ordered 36 D/E and the cup size is like a C. Tried to get refund. They will not pay return shipping nor give return address. Was offered $7 then $11 & requested full refund no longer answer emails.

They withdrew money from my card

They withdrew money from my card, and I filed a refund request. They are definitely stalling and never helping. I've been waiting for them to process my refund for 15 days, and the only thing support says is that our finance team is looking into it. Don't use them—their tools don't even have an inbox for emailing. What a mess!

Hätte ich früher die Bewertungen gelesen.... Der Umgang mit Retouren ist unmöglich. Ich schickte 2x Leggins zurück per DPD an die von Closely angegebene Adresse. Die Sendung kam zurück - Adressat nicht zu ermitteln. Damit schaffte ich es nicht mehr, innerhalb von zwei Wochen die Ware zurückzugeben und blieb auf Kosten sitzen. Ich muss noch dazu sagen, dass ich schon eine Leggins von Closely in Größe XS hatte und einfach noch zwei weitere in XS bestellt habe, nur ein anderes Modell. Bei dem anderen Modell war XS so klein, dass ich sie noch nichtmal über die Waden hochbekommen habe. Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen.

Avoid Closely/Closelyan

Avoid buying anything from this Company. I ordered 4 sets of 3 each set of catfish rigs. I was sent only 4 rigs. Should of been 12 rigs. Contacted customer service to correct the shipment without success. Poor quality terrible customer service, deceptive advertising, and failure to deliver what was paid for. Terrible company!

Be very careful with a subscription

Be very careful with a subscription. The product didn't work well at all and I hadn't used it for about 6 months. So to be honest I forgot about it. Received a subscription renewal charge and reached out to them within an hour of getting a notification of the charge from my credit card. They have refused to reverse the charge. So I am stuck paying $1800 for another year of a service that I don't like. Terrible company and policies.

Absolutely no recommendation to buy.

Tried to cancel my subscription after the tool got multiple LinkedIn accounts restricted and futher usage was too unsafe. I didn't hear anything from the support anymore and my subscription didn't get canceled yet, after 1 month.
I don't know if it's even legal to make you wait so long just to cancel the subscription of a software you just threw money away on.

Absolutely no recommendation to buy.

Ganz ärgerliche Erfahrung….

Ganz ärgerliche Erfahrung! Die Cup Größe E war zu groß, ich habe für viel Geld den BH nach Schweden zurückgeschickt, heute kam das Päckchen unbearbeitet zurück und ich musste auch noch die Rücksendung zahlen! Besonders ärgerlich ist auch, dass ich noch einen kleineren BH bestellt habe, wenn ich gewusst hätte wie bei closely mit retouren verfahren wird, hätte ich garnichts mehr bestellt…. Echt schade, aber NIE WIEDER!!!!!!

This is the biggest scam of a company I've ever seen. Sign up for "free" but to use the software you need to upgrade your account. The "50 free leads" are a complete scam. If you are the owner of this company and reading this, I seriously hope something bad happens to you because people like you deserve it.

Don't Expect Refunds and Crappy Cancellation Process

Super shady cancellation policy for renewals. If you don't want to be charged for NEXT MONTH you must provide 15-25 days of notice. This was NOT made clear anywhere on their website during onboarding unless you take the time to read the terms and conditions which let's be honest most people don't read. I acknowledge it's ultimately my fault for not reading fine print, but just warning others out there. As well as reviewing low due to it being kind of shady business practice for 2024

Be careful

Not the best, the LinkedIn outreach is decent, but there are similar if not better for cheaper price like linkedhelper. At first all seemed fine, but once started uploading multiple files for email outreach noticed a lot of problems.
1. Was told by my sales manager that the signature and disclaimer could be easily integrated, not the case. If you have your own signature, say goodbye to it as you can only use their template.
2. Multiple occasions there was tech errors, emails were sent to the same prospect with completely different body text.
3. A lot of emails didn’t fill in the variables like names and companies etc, so would be sent out “dear (first name)”.
4. Before you sign up, super active at response and helpful to answer any questions and fix any issues. Once you pay, say goodbye to support. Reached out to my sales rep just 8 days after payed all about a problem and didn’t hear back from him for almost 4 weeks. Other staff were quick to answer, but only basic things and would get a weekly/daily “your sales manager will be in touch”. Ended up loosing good prospects due to tech errors, which apparently have been fixed, however, don’t want to risk for another issue. Tried getting a refund, but you only have 7 days to cancel all if you start using, so if you run into issues after, you’re stuck with the subscription.
I try to support start ups as o understand that it is a highly competitive world, however, in this case, they have made multiple mistakes, have owned up to them and have not offered any compensation. Just gave multiple reasons for the tech errors and kept assuring me that all is now fixed.

Fraudulent Service – Zero Stars if I Could

I would give Closely zero stars if I could. This service is a complete fraud, and I want to warn people around the globe about its deceptive practices.

As a Ukrainian, it breaks my heart to see people from my country conducting business in such a dishonest manner. While it’s important to note that not everyone in Ukraine operates like this, unfortunately, fraudsters and scammers exist in every country. Closely is one of them.

Firstly, their subscription cancellation policy is illegally restrictive and violates European consumer protection laws and client rights. Despite their website claiming you can cancel anytime, they make it nearly impossible to do so. This is a blatant disregard for legal regulations governing fair business practices.

Secondly, I had 1000 credits and used all of them without receiving a single quality lead. The leads are absolutely worthless and not worth spending any money on. It’s a waste of time and resources.

I strongly advise against using this service. Save your money and avoid the frustration and disappointment I experienced.

Cancellation Policy is a trap!

Unfair cancellation policy by which they charge you again if you don’t cancel within 25 days from then next renewal!

This absolutely against any Saas policy where you can cancel AT ANY TIME before the renewal.

We cancelled 3 days before the renewal and they charged us again for the next month, in which we didn’t use the tool (we canceled as we don’t want it) and paid again! Worst Customer Support ever: people relying always with same sentence while they don’t specify to customers they absurd policies!

Terrible user support

Terrible user support. Promises but no fixes.

After buying Appoint by Closely in december 2023, it is still not working. The SSL certificate of my booking page, using a custom domain, is invalid.

Why is this taking so long to fix?

Customer support keeps promising solutions and to keep me updated, but neither are provided.
