We offer a preceptor finder service for nurse practitioner and physician assistant students. We have thousands of preceptors in all 50 states and all clinical specialties. We charge no up-front fees and no subscription fees. You only pay us after we successfully match you with a preceptor and you accept the match. Our matching platform is fully automated. After creating a free account, you can enter your profile information, then submit as many placement requests as you want, at no cost. The system will match your placement requests with preceptors who meet your criteria and contact those preceptors on your behalf. Preceptors may then send you offers, which you may accept or decline, after reviewing the preceptor's CV.

I was in dire need of a preceptor
I was in dire need of a preceptor. I have been searching for a preceptor for over a year now. I was supposed to graduate June 2022. This have been very frustrating, needless to say. I have used another match site who found me someone less than 24 hours, but that fell through before everything was finalized with the school due to changes in the administration where the preceptor was employed through. It was hard trying to secure a preceptor in my specialty of AGACNP. It was hard to believe that after literally hundreds of calls to facilities all over Mississippi and through people I know that knew of individuals who could possibly precept me, would not offer information to assist me. Another deadline approaching and time running out for me in this program with only 2 practicums left to complete in order to graduate, I found Clinical Match me. They had several offers in a timely manner. I accepted the offer of one that best fitted me and the commute time. I'm thankful to be closer to becoming an AG-ACNP!

Great experience
The site was easy to use, and I received several offers from therapists. I liked that I was able to communicate with perspective preceptors prior and made a decision based on those conversations. I was given immediate access to all the information I needed to complete the paperwork process with my school, and everything flowed without issues. I ended up with a great preceptor.

I found Clinical Match Me on a Google search. I had also found 2 other sites to help in my search for a preceptor. You and your colleagues were the ones to send possible matches back the fastest and gave me the ability to communicate with potential preceptors before making a final choice. The staff has been most helpful to make sure that I get what I need!

The journey to become an NP is an absolute racket manipulated by universities who absolve themselves of clinical placements and money hungry NPs. It's absurd. But...we're forced to play the game.
That said, Clinical Match is one of the honest, although expensive, services out there and helped me find an OBGYN preceptor. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend.
