We have just had a new air source heat pump system installed after having a bad experience with our last system. From the beginning , when Ashley came round to investigate our original pump issues, to now, having our new system, all involved have been trust worthy and knowledgeable. The team that have installed the system have been such a great bunch of people and easy to have in our home . I could not recommend this company enough . We now feel safe with the new system and reassured that the company will be there for us with any questions we may have going forward. We will be continuing with the company for services etc in the future . Thank you .

What a fantastic company. Our ASHP stopped working in the cold spell this January. Climatech came round the evening I contacted them, identified the problem, ordered the parts the next day and had it fixed and working two days later. The work was good, professional and friendly. One of the great things with climatech is the regular updates and information, even if there is nothing to report they keep Intouch and take away the worry of when will it happen. Would recommend to anyone.

Climatech HVAC installed small air conditioning system, which also acts as heater in the winter. It is very efficient and takes up surprisingly little space indoors. It is absolutely quiet, so it can be used all through a summer night without keeping you awake. I was very pleased with the service, which was professional and efficient in every respect. I recommend them.

I have been using Clima-Tech for 4 years for the annual service of my Heat pump. There was a need for a replacement and Clima tech were appointed to carry out the work based on price and their knowledge. the work was carried out very swiftly(as it was Winter-December) and on time. The quality of the finished installation was very satisfactory and has worked well since.

Climatech installed an Air Source Heat Pump at the Bawdsey Radar Trust's museum. From the strat of the process to its completion they were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They finished the installation ahead of schedule. The Bawdsey Radar Trust will certainly uss Clima tech again.

The installation of the underfloor heating system, air source heat pump and hot water cylinder were installed promptly and efficiently.
The engineers arrived on time, were courteous, and worked cleanly and efficiently in a professional manner leaving the site clean and tidy.

Started the work on time and completed the work promptly to convert my old oil heating system to ASHP. I did not even have to call them back in for any remedial work. Follow-up annual servicing has been first class as well.

Ashley, Franki and all who work with Clima-Tech were excellent to deal with. As well as installing a new ASHP for me, they did running repairs on my repeatedly leaking 2 year old electric combi boiler (never get one of those!) while waiting for my new installation. Their quote was the most competitive and appropriate to finally give me a good heating system. Work started and finished on time, and an initial issue I had was quickly resolved with a couple more visits. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable too, I will be asking them to do the annual ASHP servicing for me. Highly recommended .

Clima-techservices responded very quickly to my call for help when our upstairs heating stopped working. The engineer located the fault and got it working again. He offered good advice on what to do should it happen again. Friendly and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

FANTASTIC service from all at Climatech, having asked Franki and Ashley to assist us with a visual inspection on a faulty system they Never fitted, Both have been unbelievably helpful in doing so. Going above and beyond in both site visits and emails. there wasn't a thing they didn't know about heatpumps!!!!!! I would highly recommend this fantastic company and would use them again when needed. A real pleasure to deal with and a real gem to find a company that knows what they're talking about when in comes to Heatpumps and installation.

Exceptional company who go above and beyond. They have come out to us at short notice on a few occasions. Zero BS and keep to their word. Their knowledge is tremendous and trumps anyone else I’ve dealt with.

We have a converted outbuilding that was in need of heating to make it an all year round space that we can use as an office/living space. Clima-tech gave honest advice about what would be suited and implemented it without any disruption. We are super happy with the result and would recommend their services to anybody

Our Daiken Altherma heat pump was not performing at 100% efficiency during the recent and first really cold spell it had to deal with. Engineer Ashley Shemming soon found the problem and corrected it at no charge under our Daiken warranty. Great Service!

When we bought the house from new in 2015 Ashley did the install of our Air source system and did an extremely efficient and professional job. Since then we have him and Clima Tech do our annual maintenance and I am glad to report we have never had an issues.
He and his wife run a very friendly and successful business and we would gladly recommend them to any future customers.

They were very helpful during the quotation stage and were very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. The installation was then completed on time and in a most professional way. The resulting heat pump system works just as expected and is a great improvement on our old gas boiler. I would highly recommend Clima Tech.
