Worked with Alex Morris at Clifton. Our situation wasn't straightforward, but Alex and the Clifton team found a solution and managed to meet a particularly aggressive timetable set by our seller! He was both professional and amiable throughout. Would highly recommend him and the team.

The whole process of getting a mortgage (which I thought might be difficult considering our ages) was extremely friendly, smooth and efficient. The mortgage offer arrived incredibly fast. Alex and Jan were then extremely helpful in dealing with a problem (a typo in the lender's paperwork) and were quick to coordinate with the lender and my solicitor to ensure the mortgage funds were available on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Clifton Private Finance!

No pressure was put onto me to take out the finance just the information presented in an easy to follow format with expert help on hand to guide me through from start to finish. Excellent customer service from Patrick and Jan. I would recommend wholeheartedly. We were looking for a specialist mortgage as we are based abroad. The process was longer than a regular mortgage but we were kept informed and supported through out, including with chasing the solicitors when we needed to. Dylan Humphries couldn't do enough to help, with queries aswell as the quotes I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you need bridging finance. The only reason we didn't proceed was due to a sale on our current home being agreed and moving at speed.

I can't recommend Clifton Finance highly enough. We worked with Sam Baker who went above and beyond to make the process of finding and applying for our loan both swift and simple. We encountered some hold ups from the loan company along the way but Sam was on it at every stage and couldn't have been more helpful, professional and personable.
