Although I don't have many opportunities to shop at Clicks, I would like to commend Clicks Sonstraal Branch for excellent customer service.
Each time I have been in there, the floor staff know exactly where to take me to find particular products! Absolutely no time-wasting wandering around looking for what I need. From a welcoming smile to a cashier's thanks and goodbye, each staff member knows what public relations is all about! Well done, Clicks Sonstraal staff!
Not sure of recent dates so will enter end August as guestimate.

Its a good to have store ...where u get most of the essential we need ...products are packed according...don't have to walk around the whole shop looking for something

Clicks facial wipes with Vitamin E, waste of money.It feels like wiping your face with plastic,so disappointed.

Im trying to get my order issue resolved since the 26 June order no. 240626-001-0312 . I place the order online on the 26 June for collection at Comaro crossing , had to send couple of mails and phone to get update on the order . Than on the 4th they advise me that i can collect. When I go there they where unable tot scan the bar code and told me , that they made a manual note. when i got home i realize that my Oh so heavenky body wash was not part of the order..went back to clicks comaro where they told me i have to sent a mail to clicks service department of which i did on the 5th of July. still today no feedback from the team! This is the worst online experience ever! Please ;earn from Dischem online service. You order in the morning for collection and you received notification that you can collect the next day! i hope ill get some feedback today but NEVER again!

The best deals ever I always rush for the cosmetic deals those buy 2 and get cheapest one free. And also been using the Clicks made for baby products since 2021 when I gave birth to my son. And I never buy my face cloths anywhere else only at Clicks because they are soft,fluff-free and when you wash the colour does not come out,I also make use of their chemist the workers there are always so kind. Every month I purchase at Clicks with Clicks Club card with me.

I have made an online purchase and it was delivered on time ....Every item was exacly as i ordered online.

Clicks Cornwall View, my father waited in line at the dispensary for so long to collect an "already packed" medicine package which was initially short packed by the store in the first place. It is terrible to have to sit and wait when you so sick especially when the staff behind the dispensary are all chatting away and there is only one or two RP assisting.

That specific day I was also helped by a RP that didn't know how to work the system, and when I asked specific questions about the nebulizer medicine, she couldn't answer them. I think she thought they were capsules as that what was written on the box instead of vials.

Then I get to the payment tills and there is only one person at the till and a long que of people waiting to pay, while all the staff is sitting around and chatting to each other. When I asked the till operator, he said the staff were on the floor receiving stock.

Really Bad Service. Going forward, I will rather drive further to another pharmacy as i have never encountered that kind of service any where else. If it was a once off, we can understand these things happen, but this happens every time I go there. Whether its my parents or my husband. We always encounter the same bad service from Clicks Cornwall View. Such a pity because it is such a nice pharmacy. You will lose a lot of business due to poor customer service.
