Order not delivered, No update since payment
I have not received my order since I paid for it on the 12th September, exactly a week later still not a SINGLE email for an update, no text or phone call. I have tried calling the mobile number on the website several times throughout the day, nobody answers. Paying £10 for delivery is extortionate considering you haven't even processed my order. Terrible service, I would like a refund immediately. I would be very wary for anyone else ordering from here again as you have no clue where or whom has processed your order!!

Ordered on the 7th of September and order has not arrived. The order page hasn't been updated since then and have tried to contact twice through email but haven't had any response back.
